With Iran out of the equation, rising demand and a low/ declining spare capacity, I do not see oil prices going below $70 in the short term.
The Saudi's who are clearly one of the strongest influencers of oil price direction wouldn't want that. Though one of the key drivers, which is the much touted Saidi Aramco IPO has been shifted to next year, I still forsee stability around the $70 region given their strong influence. Range of price might hover around X < $100 > $69.9 in the short to mid term.
Instinctively, the gestures from other opec members is also in the same line.
Everything is clearly looking up and pointing positive for the Nigerian economy though its impact is yet to be seen in the market.
That said, there is no doubt that the market will have to follow suit at some point. ...if u asked me when? ...I'd say very very soon. ...and if u asked how soon is very soon? ...I'd say sooner than u could possibly imagine.
...'unexpectedly' soon !!

How portfolios are battered:
You were hit very hard in Diamond, you jumped with what was left into Fidelity, met with another very strong stick, diverted into Dangflour counting on Alhaji who dodged you, then you decided to fly away on Caverton flight 009 and get away to Zenith or Guaranteed Island and landed during a Hurricane.
Even with Morgan, Morgan's bankers will be proud of their customer....

The stock market can be very unforgiving....

Based on FMN 2018 Q3 Result, I place their FY result to #6 EPS, equivalent to Zenith bank EPS. Considering their current price, if bear fail to drink water this new week, they will still visit #27. But if bear wait to drink water, they will be dancing, between #29 and #31.
