This is how most Asians prepare their meals especially for great occasions. The main dish is the beef. Some restaurants are built this way so u can roast ur meat or fish urself as u want it. With as many side dishes as u want. U can never see this in a Nigerian restaurants.
Meat most times don't have to be inside soups.

The difference is very clear.
Very well balanced.

The funny thing is that most of the ingredients are in the Nigerian markets.
If u are adventurous, go to the YouTube and sample many of them .
Eating the same thing over and over can be very boring actually.

Any African dish I like always have root in Asia.

If u like them, go to mangchi in YouTube and learn how to prepare them. That small lady blew my mind away.
She stays in USA so u can shop in Asian supermarkets nearest to u. She will make u love cooking.

I lost my phone not long so I lost all the compilations of foods I have and the ones I have tried cooking.
So annoying.

Haven't had the nerve to dive into Indian cuisines. My husband said that I will start smelling like garlic. I'm more into Korean foods and my family love them.
Sometimes I try Thai and Vietnamese foods too.
The day I will stop eating swallow will be one of the healthiest decisions of my life. I crave it sometimes.

In Nigeria, we only use cabbage for salad and suya.
In Asia especially korea, this wonderful veggie is prepared with some other herbs and spices to form what they call kimchi.

This fermented veggie is used to cook many dishes. It's a billion dollar biz. They store it in earthened jars in the olden days but these days inside refrigerators and it can last for up to 3 yrs. When they wanna cook, they will cut some and add to what they are cooking. It's in all Asian market around u.

See what I mean when I say Nigerians don't know how to dare the devil. Cabbages are wasted annually in Nigeria. Kimchi making is very strenuous but it provides jobs for lots of people cos they ship them annually during cabbage season to other countries Most of the modern fridges by Samsung that have double doors have designated space for kimchi but we don't actually know.
Nigeria,wasted country and citizens.
Continue depending on oil money. Oil will soon phase out. Maybe, yahoo yahoo this time around.

And this line has not been working for u,have it?
If u go to Abuja, there are many intercontinental restaurants that will zap ur money and more are springing up. Why,cos they want change. Every other country experiment with food. Ghana is so close yet we feel we are so superior we don't try their dishes or Cameroon. What's superior about foofoo and yam pls?
Bad carbohydrates.
Diabetes everywhere.
People see swallowing yam flour as living large but they will not tell you howany it has killed.
Cocoyam that is better than all of them is seen as village food for grand mamas.
Abeg chill, I'm a Nigerian but when it comes to food, we don't know anything. We knew nothing. Absolutely nothing. Nigeria is like Britain. We are even better.

Do you know how many tribes there are in Nigeria? More than 300!
Each tribe have their own special delicacies 'cause we all don't eat the same thing...before you conclude on your assertions, how many have you explored and tried?

Do you know what this is...?
I bet you don't 'cause you only eat "Asian" foods
This is Fonio, a very RICH AND NOURISHING gluten free whole grain cereal...Google it! kiss
Good for diabetics... You can even replace it with rice
It's called Acha among the people of northern Nigeria.
Do you know that despite it's NOURISHING GOODNESS and popularity in the north, I only just found out about it?
Why...because I RESEARCHED about other Nigerian delicacies apart from my tribe.
So, before typing things that are false about MY NIGERIA, do some RESEARCH! kiss

Demented fool
I assume your parents, your husband and your children are part of the wasted citizens
Lowlife piece of trash. Ontop cabbage again? Is that how the thing pain you reach?
Why don't you make yourself useful and educate others on how cabbage can be used on not only salad.
You're just too stupid to think of that.
