I dont know where to even start. I am angry. I need help.
I did my business name registration myself since december 2017, and i have not gotten the certificate.

When i did not get any message about the availability of my business name certificate, I went to CAC office in Lagos, Alausa, they told me
that my collection venue is Abuja, that i made the mistake when i was filling the form, which i believe its not true.
Upon enquiry, I was told to hold on for them to contact the person who register my business name in Abuja, that they will send me a message,
since then I have not heard from them. I have been to Alausa almost every week, but it's always the same story - that I should come back,
the person in charge of my certificate in Abuja has not been responding or he is on leave. I have sent mail to their email address, they only acknowledged the mail, no response until three days ago where the handler told me to send my AVAILABILITY CODE AND APPROVED BUSINESS NAME, I did that , yet they are still replying me with the same thing- that i should send the code and other information.
I have also called the contact numbers - those ones were never reachable until yesterday, one Stella picked and told me to send a mail.
All they had to do is to just send my certificate from Abuja to Lagos, i don't know why that seems so difficult.

It's been five months now, and seriously, i have missed two opportunities just because i do not posses the certificate, it's been so frustrating.
I need help on any other things to do.

Are you the one that called me yesterday? Yes I have. In fact I do so almost every day, still on pending approval since April 11. I got a mail like a week ago, dated for my May 25 business name approval and then the one they rejected. I have sent them mail this morning as none of their numbers is going through. Have you been given certificate? We did it almost the same time then.

I submitted my application since April 11th... It was until I logged in the docUpload portal(2days ago) that I noticed I didn't submit the uploaded documents after uploading.. I was so pained enh... I've been wasting my time all these while thinking the process is taking too long...
I submitted it and was queried same day... Solved the query, was queried again the following day (yesterday) solved it... Just checked now and I've been registered....

So Bro, don't be like me... Check your docUpload portal if you submitted after uploading...

If you submitted, it'll show processing.. But if you didn't, you'll still have the option to delete the files....

Bro, I cant cry right now. The thing was displaying delete,delete for the documents. I have submitted and it is now showing processing sha. I am very sure I clicked on the submit when I did it then. They should sha give me a break and accept my registration and the certificate.

Your pick up state is major factor as to when you will be picking up your documents and certificate. If it is Lagos (Alausa) for a Limited Company it will take 2 days and for a Business Name it will take at least 4-5 days.
