I naturally do not have 'an accent acquired through any Nigerian language', I deh try even though I no be ajebo.
I have remained normal, I don't get conscious of being 'too correct', I speak in clear English, ensure my tenses and grammar are correct and don't apply phonetics - maybe in 5 to 10 years time something might change. cheesy

Where exactly does the friend live.
Any special reasons why you want that person to use this DMV? There is a better one I used with a friend at Sinton,Tx - the more remote, the better.

You don't need to go as far as Sinton.
Pick cities on the outskirts, 60 or 90mins away and they'll forgive most errors in the driving test - some errors are unforgivable.

Read the manual and understand the road marking and drive on the roads for sometime before the test, you will be fine. smiley

Update deh, no time these days to come post online.

Semester ended 2weeks ago and I cleared all my courses with A's, even the one that nearly gave my high blood pressure. cheesy

3 new students came in for Fall, had known one from here, the other two don't have much business with this site.

Summer classes start next week but I won't be taking classes.

Engaged in volunteer work for the summer, work-no-pay hard die! Na who send me message?? embarassed
The work is about the sand dune restoration at South Padre Island - hard work under 100°F heat, then good meals (now having a proper feel of American dishes) and then go swimming in the beach at close of work. cool

Oga @MackyNaija,

Well done Sir. I have a question regarding how you manage to get A’s with all the other activities you’re involved with.

Could you give a breakdown of what you did in your Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 semesters to maintain these excellent grades, while at the same time making sure there was a balance with non-academic involvements.

Thanks
Re: Naija to Yankee Thoughts And Experiences by onibokun10(m): 4:40pm On Jun 10, 2018
Op I'll like to ask you this. From your assessment of that country , will you advise anyone to come over and seek greener pastures either in education or business or stay over in Nigeria and do business??!
Putting to consideration chances of being employed and business survival in both countries, you've stayed in both countries, you'll have better ideas
