My parents travel a lot so they will be my sponsor... i plan on staying for like 4 months... but the vo might be thinking of immigrant intent

I will advice u to reduce the duration of y stay on your application. Bc VO might not be happy with that 4months as a young person, they will think u will work during your stay and might not like to come bk especially this one u want to visit your sister. My advice just reduce the duration of stay in y application. Normally u are been stamp for 6months when u get to d point of entry. So u can stay 4months.

Strictly avoid US embassy if all you have got is a virgin passport or you have not visited any country outside Africa. Please don't waste your hard earned money.

You must fill seperate DS160 form for each applicant... meaning you will have 3 DS160 numbers afterwards you will visit www.ustraveldocs.com to book an appointment for the interview this is where you will probably make the sponsor/oldest/the person in charge the main applicant while the 2 other applicant will be included with the main applicant.
Thanks for this. It really help.

I don't agree with you. My friend did his international passport in January and got USA visa in February. He has never travelled out of Nigeria to any country in his entire life. He has even returned to Nigeria after the conference in the USA.

Lols, true that! Na wetin 'dictions' dey do for inside the yarnings naim me neva really understand well sha.... Dunno why peeps pick offence when you are actually guiding them aright to endure some 'pains' before the gain!

Just in case it hasn't dawned on us, I will explain something we often hear here but seem not to give an extra thought. VOs read these threads religiously, CBP officers are on nairaland. You know why peeps? They too are here to learn and equip themselves for effective delivery of their job and protection of their country! Then you need their visa/smooth POE passage and are not ready to dig? And you get offended when pointed in that direction? Continue na, eye will soon clear you.... Dazzol!

Lack of knowledge oftentimes accounts for the reason some normally qualified applicants don't land themselves a US visa, then they continue to abuse all and sundry. My wife currently have valid US, Canada, UK, Australia, France and South Africa visa on her passport (I lack only one of these too) after some refusals before we met because I don't spare her. The only difference on her profile was MARRIAGE as at the time she started landing these visas these past few years. Systematic and strategic 'invasion' of how these visa things work at the embassies can't be overemphasised. Read, study, and understand these things as time permits please.

We suppose do ''RTW'' trip.... We should invade the South East Asia and make our way to Australia then direct flight to U.S and Europe afterwards in less than 22 days. grin

From my observation it’s easy to get a B1/B2 visa on a virgin passport for purposes such as conference , business meeting or to attend a training . However for tourism it’s usually more difficult cuz the VO’s don’t want to believe that USA is the first country an applicant will be planing to spend their vacation at .
