Good morning, been a silent reader. We applied for the Canadian PR hubby and I. AOR March 25th. Ordered GCMS note recently and found that we had issues with our eligibility review. Hubby being PA used two different NOCs, one with more than three years and the other not up to a year. Unfortunately, the NOC which isn’t up to a year experience has been chosen as the primary NOC and this has reduced our CRS score from 445 to 395. Is there a way forward pls to prevent rejection. Can we tell them to disregard this NOC? Thanks.

You have to create separate accounts
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 4 by smslive2: 9:05am On Jun 11, 2018
Each applicant must create their own account and submit an application. You cannot submit an application with someone else. Please check the WES link below

Can I apply for a credential evaluation with someone else on the same online account?

Hello,

Did they indicate why they chose that <1 year NOC as the primary one?

what documents did you submit for the other 3 years NOC? did you submit reference letter in CIC format? are you sure the declared responsibilities are up to 70% of the declared NOC?

Before telling them to disregard that < 1yr NOC, you need to first find out why they decided on it in the first place and ignored the one of 3 years. If it was just an error on their part then raise a CSE as soon as possible.

Are you certain that the 3 years work experience has a reference letter backing it up and falls under the applicable NOC (0, A or B)? I think those could be possible causes. If they aren't, they'd have applied the experience whether or not it is the primary. You may want to consider raising a well detailed CSE as soon as practicable, in this regard. That should suffice if you did the right things

Forgot to post that we put in the LOE that he would prefer the other NOC. Thinking since both were in the same company, it wouldn’t matter that the years of experience was lower than the other one. Both havejust recognized reference letters and pay slips were also submitted. It was just a change of designation in his office and we put in the letter of explanation that since that was his recent work experience, he preferred it. I guess we didn’t think well on that.

I applied for EOR with BC, and received my result without an upgrade after 9 days (7 working days). I doubted it considering the duration, so I sent a mail to them and got the response in the attachment below. I can also confirmed that I have met 4 persons whose EOR was completed in less than 2 weeks. As stated the EOR processing time will be updated.

Hello house, congrats in advance to newmum0615, I secretly say some words of prayers for you. My legal sis - Ethelia, well done on ur good works on this forum. Elfmanssisback, Smslive2, msctan18, gliterringstar, luffyhaki and others too numerous to mention, thanks for your wealth of experience you have continued to share with silent readers like us.

To my issue, my WES report came in this morning, I evaluated both LLB and LLM and it gave an equivalence of Master's degree, this has increased my score to 451. I was initially using 2 or more certs to simulate my CRS score for both hubby and myself, I am the PA. But a note was made on my WES report, that the name on my account differs from the one on the certs evaluated. i.e. my maiden name and my married name. My profile is in my married name because my Passport is in my married name, same with all other supporting documents I will be getting e.g. reference letter, bank statement etc. Do you think this will be an issue?

Hubby's report is due 21st of this month and we evaluated his LLM alone because of the issue of incomplete transcripts (IJMB result) for his LLB. I have read that we can do our medicals shortly before the draw after we enter the pool to avoid the rush after ITA. Is this advisable?
Lastly, for POF, we intend to use 25% of my pension funds and the rest would be transfer from hubby's acc to my savings account that also doubles as my salary account. The issue now is can hubby transfer the funds to my account post-ITA? and do we need a gift deed since it from an accompanying spouse?

It was just a change of designation in his office and we put in the letter of explanation that since that was his recent work experience, he preferred it. I guess we didn’t think well on that.

Was he issued one reference letter by the employer to supposedly cover both NOCs? If yes, please check to be sure that the roles stated didn't accentuate the 1 year experience more than it did the 3 years. Remember, the duties stated have to align with the lead statement as stated on the NOC site to at least 70% or thereabouts.

Hi, please can you log in to your account and check which NOC you selected as your primary NOC to make sure that the mistake didn't come from you before raising a CSE.

Follow the below steps:

*How to check your online forms after AOR*
1. Sign into your CIC account
2. Go to view submitted application
3. Look at your url or address bar in browser then
4. You will see link says ... documentTosubmit.do
5. Replace these words only with
applicationChecklist.do

The rest of the url will remain same.

Mind you, you can only view and not edit.

*This will be very helpful for people who get additional document request and those who need to check the data filled in the forms to ensure they correlate.*

I wish you the best

You preferred less than one year work experience because it is the recent one?
