As for the hotel reservation, check booking.com , from there you can filter base on what you want e.g lowest price, distance from airport, hostel, best review etc

Boutique & Bar Businesses

With $150 you can rent a nice shop and stock it with goods. Having just a shop is automatically 1 year resident permit.

But least I can say, ama advise you to come see things for yourself.

What about their transport services business too, like having a very good car picking someone from the airport to their destination point, And about their town services transport too how is it, is it good to invest on that sector too over there?

hmmmmm, 3years ago my husband talked about moving us from Niger to Kigali, he had made some investment there ,I came to nairaland to ask questions about kigali but didnt get any reply because I don't want to rely on Google, only needed real life experience not research info . anyway I ended up not going ,all I wanted was to move to the western country . with what I'm reading I might want to check that place out .and oga told me that its better than being In Nigeria , all I knew about Rwanda was the disastrous genocide .

All you neeed is Board a bus from Nairobi and land here in Kigali.

There is no business you do that is not good here. Yeah Uber biz is cool too.

Embassies here are so empty that ordinary few documents can get you a Canadian Visa.

Dollars account opening is just 3 mins. Please nobody should ask me anything again Biko. Lazy Nigerian youths buy ticket and come see things for yourselves.
