No need to disagree. It is written on the embassy document checklist that they accept ONLY birth certificate from NPC.
So you can go and argue with embassy

The think the latter. Like someone said, NPC can't give birth certificate for people born before 1992.

1. Since you received your Msc from a UK school, they should be able to waive the English language requirement for you.

2. I think references from your Msc will pull more weight for a PhD application.

I know they will waive it but the question is do i need to attach the requested letter stating the programme was taught in English or i shouldn't bother including it since the Msc was gotten in a UK school?

I need someone who have actually had this experience to respond. I wouldn't like to send in my application based on assumptions. I have written to the school though for clarification.

But in all, google for samples of German student visa motivation letter, you will find some interesting samples that will guide you in preparing yours.

Your passport and that of the head of your family needs to be appended on the letter.

Frankfurt via Emirates is about 193k for around August ending while it's is about 170k from September 11th.
