Women naturally lose interest in sex after a long duration of marriage. Give Her some time off it or go on vacation with her and the kids to reignite her feelings towards you.

Remember no matter how sweet marriage is, it gets boring if you don't take some necessary steps to revamped it which often leads to cheating.

Excess of anything is bad, if you ask me then I will tell you that 3times in a week is too much sir. Reduce the numbers of time you penetrate your wife to at least once in a week, thee are other ways to enjoy yourself other than sex.

Op you mean you have sex 3 times a week? That's too much mehn! You need to start learning how to live/survive without sex. Whenever she travels or whenever you travel, how do you do it? Do you go with her or ask her to go with you because you must mark the sex attendance? To me I think once a week is cool. Down there needs to rest or heal na. I can't imagine pounding the below thrice a week especially if you are the type that your egg plant is like that of a horse. That's wickedness you know. Once a week is OK while the rest can be some other sort of pre-intimacy. I think your wife will like that. Your wife might have been enduring all along but can't take it anymore or she likes it that way but there's something bothering her. Just sit her down nicely and both of you should discuss it. How old are you and how old is your wife?

How many years have you been married and how many years has this sex thing been going on?

If you have been married for say 10 years with kids, don't expect her sexual needs to remain the same. It is possible her body can't take sex three times a week as she used to when she was younger. Your family has also grown with children. It is possible the responsibilities that go with that has worn her down.

If I was you,I would lay-off the sex thing until she comes back to the bedroom. Eventually, she's going to ask for it again. Then you'll find a balance where she's comfortable.
