Imo,the Zim and Addis attacks involved the same perps! Its extremely unlikely different guys used the same MO,a small bomb on the same day,in the same way,at a public rally. I actually think a message was being sent to Africa-we can get you anytime,anywhere,anyhow! Those small bombs could just as easily have been truck born IEDs or micro nukes like those used at the embassy bombings. Fyi,the 98 Nairobi bombing actually registered as a seismic event at Uni seismic equipment.
It may not actually be the usual suspects behind both attacks and I can't speculate beyond that. Nemesis8u, what say ye? Those who say we spend too much on African prez security,where are you?

It was just a coincidence as there was political rally in Nigeria too yesterday. The ruling APC with almost all top politicians in Nigeria yesterday assembled at Eagles square, here in Abuja. That would have score more point for anyone trying to pass a message to Africa.
