Not a guru bro but these are some issues with your transcript:

1) are you going for your BSc or MSc
2) you didn’t mention what you did after your HND and in what area you majored. There is still a three year gap there. Did you work, study, travel, etc. You’ll have to state what you did. Also the relationship between your HND and computer science.
3) Did you take any standardized test? If you did, you might want to mention that you did.

Hello Everyone, I am looking to do my masters in US. I am going through UKEAS, I have IELTS of 7.0, UKEAS was able to secure admission for me in George Mason University but its a "Pathway program" called INTO George Mason University. My question is a) Must i go through this pathway program, why not the masters proper. b) Is it a good idea to take up the admission?

Thanks for this tip, bro.

I understand i shouldn't have made that post as it gave people a wrong impression, despite my having genuine intentions. I apologize to the house and thank Justwise for listening to my plea and unbanning my account. I wont try such again.

Boss, please can you assist me with any of the current versions? The ones i have are as far back as 2009 and 2012. A lot of changes would have occurred in the system from that time till now and i dont want to take chances at all.

I look forward to getting to your feedback.

Thanks

CC:Winterstorm

It's okay, just looking out for the newbies.
I don't have GMAT questions, I think they should have a forum but I don't have the link..try to ask around. See if you can get your GMAT colleagues through the GRE or TOEFL forums.
Best wishes.

The university is okay but it depends on your program.
I don't know if I feel okay with the pathway thing at this time.

[quote author=Egbuizu post=68762180]My proposed transcript

Me: Good morning sir/ma
V.O: Good morning, pass me your i20 and passport
Me: Hand them over to her
V.O: Why/what r u going to the US for?
Me: I am going for my masters degree in business administration (MBA) at Cleveland State University,Cleveland Ohio.
V.O: How did you get to know about the school?
Me: One of my lecturers during my undergraduate studies is an alumni of the school and recommended their MBA program to me. I went through the school website and checked about their MBA program and was satisfied with the program curriculum and courses offered.
V:O: How many schools did you apply to?
Me: I applied to Arkansas Tech university, University of Texas at El-Paso and Cleveland State University.
V.O: How many gave you admission?
Me: Arkansas Tech University and Cleveland State university, that of University of Texas El-Paso was still pending.
V.O: Why did you choose Cleveland State University over others?
Me: Cleveland State University was the first to admit me,also, I did some enquiries about the MBA program and was satisfied with the courses they teach in the MBA program like International business, team dynamics, Entrepreneurship and environment of business as as it aligns with my future career plans and pursuits. Again,I noticed they have a large number of international students of which Nigeria is well represented as it will make me feel at home, and learn about other students culture outside that of the United States.
V.O: What is your post study plans?
Me: I plan to come back to Nigeria and work because an MBA degree will give me an edge in my place of work and also increase my earnings. I equally have a plan of going into my own private business, and it will give me all the ideas I will need to establish my own business and properly manage it.
V.O: Who will be sponsoring you?
Me: My Uncle will be sponsoring me.
V.O:Why your Uncle?
Me: He has been the one sponsoring my education since I was a kid.
V:O: What does he do?
Me: He is an importer of building materials and automobiles.
V:O: Can I see his statement of account?
Me: Pass it to him/her.
V.O: Look at it and pass it back to me.
Hopefully he will tell me I will be approving your visa.
Please gurus in the house, scrutinize it for me and make the necessary corrections for me as I typed this transcript hastily.
Please gurus in the house,I am still waiting for your review/criticism towards this my proposed transcript.
Thank you

Me:Telecommunications and as A relationship manager
Vo:I don't see how the course you are going for is in line with what you are doing[Speech Communications and Rhetoric]
Me:i was actually admitted into professional communication studies but that is the code the school uses for the course
Vo:what was your highest level of education

Vo:Who is your sponsor's
Me:my mum
Vo:what does she do
Me:into vegetable oil production and distribution
Vo:Married
Me:No
Vo:kids
Me:No
Vo:Engaged
Me:No
Sorry you are not qualified for visa bla bla

After crying I called the school and explained what I went through to them, they sent me a letter addressing the embassy that what I applied for and got admitted into is Professional communication studies and not speech communication and rhetoric as stated on the i20.They also explained that the CIP code that has been approved by indiana higher learning commission is what I have on my i20 but for Sevis purposes the major comes up as Speech and Communications Rhetoric.

I'm really heart broken

Good morning people.
Please I have a question about Middle Tennessee state university. My CGPA is 2.68/5.0 and 2.98/4.0 with WES free calculator. I sent a mail to the grad cord of my course telling him I graduated with a 2.8/4.0 with WES evaluation and he told me I'm eligible to apply. I just read now that they accept unofficial transcript Buh after admission they can submit official WES transcript and the CGPA cut off is 2.75.
My question is can I apply directly with my WES evaluated transcript, would it be accepted or I must apply with my unofficial transcript first. I have lost so many great schools because my rather low CGPA, it'd be so bad if MTSU is one of them.
please help guys.
