Oneof the most important strategies to curb this menace now is train people and introduce a culture of personal gun self to them cos if these killers know that these people own guns and know how to use it well, they operation with caution when they're coming to attack these people. This govt is being very unrealistic and too slow to create a logical solution to this menace . Even with the state police, will they police always be there to protect this people when those animals attack them?

I don't have any issue with having state police of all things are put in place by the state government. Imagine States like Bayelsa, Ekiti, Kogi that are still owing their workers several months salaries, how do you expect them to cope with hungry policemen?
