I have said it here before, the best dermatologist in Nigeria is 75 years old Dr Donald Emeruom of Wimpole clinic Aba. Consultant and A professor as well. Am not advertising him but when you see you also proclaim and tell others to go and get healed ASAP.

i have had this skin discolouration for going to 3 years since 2016 or earlier... i am not sure whether its a rash or infection. at first, i thought its nothing ,that after some usage of good body cream and dettol usage.it would wipe off and my skin back to normal but it has failed to cleanse which surprise me because as of since last year, i have been taking good care of my skin to extent that people i meet do say i look good. so please what is the cause, the problem and the solution? @ nairalanders pics below

it might be that the water you make use of is bad, always add antiseptic to your water or boil it, if that doesn't help change your soap/sponge. then apply dermatol cream to the affected area.

Since u say u take ur body hygiene seriously then it could be u getting the rashes from the type of water u using to bath.anytime u want to take a bath try pour some drops of dettol into d bucket of water and see if there will be any change in ur skin in a week or so. Also make use of this soap...safeguard. Very good soap and acts on d skin.

My piece of advice



Get a big bowl at 1am in the middle of the night. Pour water into it half full, Put two cubes of Maggi, Make sure its Chicken flavour, there is a reason why it should be Chicken flavour. Now climb into the bowl making sure you have three kolanuts in your mouth. All this must happen Right in the middle of your room.

Be serious because it has worked for some people.


Don't talk to anyone and if you are called don't answer.


Now look up and look down seven times. After the seventh time. remove the kolanut into your palm and trust it forward.

Now say "As you lay your bed so you lie on it, As you lay your bed, so you lie on it" Seven times


Now jump out of the bowl and take a mirror and look .

Who ever you see there say to him or her "As you lay your bed, so you lie on it " just three times

Now say again to the person in the mirror " Cockerel no dey look face before it climbs on a chicken, I go dey look face before I climb" say it three times


Then go to sleep and before you close your eyes say "Tamethem God bless you" once


You will wake up with a Clean skin.
