Bro, it doesn't solve anything. It breeds more pain for those left behind.

The best is to look for help from the right ones...work on your mental strength and find solace in something, ur friend or family, music, activities, mosque or church fate. Never isolate your self...that is the first damage depression does. Have it at the back of your mind that the worst has happened and you MUST conquer the worst because it is just a 'test' of who you are.

I have seen people suffered a quantum losses,damage and they pulled through to be a fighter.

Every phase of life is just like a story book, the ups and downs are what makes your story worth reading.

You said only a coward takes his/her own life... Okay what if you said is true... Then I'll say all we humans have to blame ourselves for being the most cowards... (why),People who suffer depression had gotten that impression they were worthless or have no regard by fellow humans, some humans insult, mock, backbite, and cause various emotionally criminal offences to their fellows... And true to say, not everyone is emotionally strong to handle such, so these people feel the only way justified is to kill themselves... And one thing I've found out, people who kill themselves are blessed with gifts and abilities, that they think the world doesn't appreciate...
