Like I told you, don't get angry with me mentioning your parents. My own parents are the most useless and worthless parent the earth ever produced. I as their son already inherited stupidity, worthlessness, grief and all sort of curses from them. So to mention another man's parents are normal thing to me cos my father and mother have no value whatsoever. In fact, a goat has value than my worthless father. So tell me, if my father can be worthless than just mere goat. How do you now want me to value another person's parents. Don't blame me, my useless father and worthless mother are a curse to my and my generation to come.
Wow, now I understand, no one should get angry. I am not, you have told me before how worthless is your parents. God heal the wounds in your family.

HOW YOURBA SACKED FULANIS IN OSHOGBO WAR

After the Fulanis systematically captured and made Ilorin their territory, they sacked the old Oyo Empire in 1835/1636. They were still not satisfied with their victory; they wished to extend their rule deep into the heart of Yoruba land. Thus in 1840, they set to capture Osogbo, a Yoruba town. The Fulanis, under the command of Ali, the Hausa balogun of Ilorin, laid siege on Osogbo. When the king of Osogbo realized that the Ilorins were too strong for the Osogbo army, he summoned the Ibadans for help. Ibadan immediately sent some auxiliaries to Osogbo under the command of Obele alias Mobitan, and Alade Abimpagun. As this force could not stop the Ilorins, another contingent was sent to Osogbo under a more experienced leader. But still the Ilorins won every battle and gained more ground.
When Ibadan realized that the Ilorins were becoming more threatening to Yoruba land, they sent a large and stronger force under Balogun Oderinlo to crush the intruding forces and Jammas of Ilorin. When Oderinlo and his men arrived at the battlefield, they realized that things had gone worse than they thought. They could not show their faces in the open field for the fear of the Ilorin horses, and for about 20 days after their arrival at Osogbo, they could not fight outside the town thickets. Oderinlo suggested that Elepo, a brave Ibadan warrior was badly needed at the war-front. Elepo had been rejected by the war-chiefs of Ibadan for his actions at the late Agbamaja expedition. As soon as the message from Oderinlo reached Ibadan, the Bashorun wished he could send Elepo to Osogbo but could not go against the wish of other war-chiefs. The Bashorun gave Elepo a cow to worship his god, Ori, and pray for the victory of Ibadan at the war-front.
At the war-front, the Ibadan could not attack the Ilorins during the day because Osogbo was practically in a plain and the Ilorin horses might have advantage of them with disastrous results. They decided to attack at dusk when the Ilorins would no longer be able to use their horses. About 2:pm, the well prepared Ibadan army left the gate of Osogbo for the battlefield. They were to keep a strict watch and arrest anyone suspected to be a spy. About a mile from the Ilorin camp, they halted and arranged the order of the attack. The Osogbo army and the earlier auxiliaries were to handle the center of the battlefield, chiefs Abitiko and Labuju were to command the right wing, Balogun Oderinlo with the rest of the Ibadan war-chiefs were to form the left wing of the army. The Ilorin camp was then attacked at midnight. The watchword was “Elo ni owo odo?” (How much is the ferry fare?). The reason this watchword was chosen was because the river Osun had to be crossed in entering Osogbo from the south, and anyone who could not tell this was likely to be an enemy.
Stampede engulfed the Ilorin camp as the Ibadan army set it on fire. The Ilorins could not offer the slightest resistance; they were smoked with the gunpowder of the Ibadan guns. This attack was a success for the Ibadan. Some Ilorin war-chiefs were captured in the attack. Prominent ones were:

Jimba the head slave of the Emir;
One of the sons of Ali the commander in chief;
Chief Lateju;
Ajikobo the Yoruba Balogun of Ilorin.

Please, where did you get this from? I'm writing a book on ancient Oyo empire and I'd be happy to know your source. Thank you.

Killing innocent people to me is unacceptable no matter who or what is involved. Fulani, Boko or this so called Bachama should all be stopped.

You don't know them because the media isn't interested in revealing them. Bachama is a tribe in Taraba and you should know the meaning of militia.

Stop rewriting history.

The Ilorin debacle was instigated by Yorubas and the Osogbo War had nothing to do with capturing the whole of Yorubaland.

Bla bla bla, no wonder you are a catholic, case close.

Lol, so Christian is now the media that chose to not carry the fulani news right? Lol

well you can abuse me the way you want but i will still tell you that you are a disgrace to Christianity.

Because a group go about retaliateing to the killing of there kinsman now, you are ashame of been a Christian, lol

have ever see a Muslim come out to said because people are killing in his religion name, he is ashame of Islam before?Shame

Lol, well Christian too would have sympathize with the fulani killing had it been that Muslim sympathize with us when Christian are been killed in hundreds.

If i may ask what is the authenticity of this news self? No picture, no video of the dead body and burnt houses.

It is a know fact that the militia exist because of the numerous oppression from the fulani in which the government turn blind eyes on, so what are you saying.

I guess the new trend of any Muslim that want to claim to be Christian is now "I am a born again Christian" lol.

All these communities were very peaceful then during our service period (NYSC), the mumuyes, yandangs and fualnis cohabit peacefully then.I remember my morning "nunu" from pretty neat fulani women then, very sweet and sumptuous. Though the fulanis can't match those tribes there as the fulanis are less in population there even in Lau hqts. I pray for peace in that local government and the border communities between Taraba and Adamawa states.Enough of all these killings though it may be reprisal attacks for retaliation. Only in Nigeria do people post and view dead human bodies online.

Because Fulani has since 1914 made human lives worth little in Nigeria.
Fulani sold the trend of little value for human lives to these Middlebelt people who also performed the most heinous and brutal types of killings of fleeing easterners during the 1966 pogrom in northern Nigeria.

SAD. However, that Abbare town is a Fulani settlement in Lau LGA (40 mins from Jalingo), the people are very hostile to Christian Coppers. I remember how some of our colleagues had to flee to the family house in Jalingo because their lives were in danger. Thank God none of them was hurt, but they never went back. I know the town because we visited a neighboring area for rural rugged back in 2016.

PRAYER FROM DADDY G. O. ADEBOYE. PLEASE PRAY THIS PRAYER EVERYDAY AND SHARE WIDELY

Oh God our Father, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, the Father of our LORD and Saviour Jesus Christ. We worship your majesty. We know you as the Almighty. There is nothing that is too hard for you. You frustrate the tokens of liars. Yes they may gather, but because they have not gathered in your name, scatter them.

The Fulani moslems, well organized, have encircled us with high calibre arms and ammunitions pretending to be cattle rearers, waiting for orders to overrun our land and kill our people. They have perfected their strategies. They beat their chest and ask, "who can stop us now?"
But can the Fulani say it and have it come to pass when you have not decreed it? You are very clear that you disappoint the devices of the crafty, so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise.

Now, Oh LORD:
Arise and defend us; contend with the Fulani that contend with us.
Frustrate and throw out the National Grazing Reserves and Ranches Commission bill before our National Assembly. Give our senators and representatives the courage and number to defeat that ill conceived bill as it is intended to enrich one ethnic group at the expense of others in Nigeria and to advance islamization of our country.
In the seeming perfectness of their strategies, Oh LORD, let not their hands perform their enterprise.
Oh LORD, protect us. Stop them from destroying our farmlands, raping our women, killing our people, burning our houses, kidnapping and robbing us.
They are gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ. For of a truth against your holy child Jesus, whom you have anointed, they are gathered together. And now, Oh LORD, behold their threatening and grant our prayers.
Oh LORD send us human and angelic helps. We totally depend on you.
Thank you for your love for us and for hearing us. We pray in Jesus wonderful Name! Amen.
