Breakfast...
-Cereal (granola)- high fiber sweetened oats, very delicious.
-Yoghurt instead of milk (depends on how thick you want your cereal, I prefer mine light so I added a tiny bit of semi skimmed milk)
-And some berries.
The yoghurt is the zing in any cereal meal
One advantage yoghurt has over milk is the probiotic lactobacilli in it, especially for women wink
