She force a smile on her face as the words drip from her mouth, her gaze caught his wife eyes who was glaring at her, she turn away her gaze and focus on the chief...
"Meet my wife Cassandra"Chief Carlos said looking towards her direction....
"Hello.."Sonia said with a faint grin beeming on her face...
"Hi"Cassandra said showing her disgust, she quickly stood up from the chair making it obvious she doesn't like her.... "Excuse me, i have a food to serve"She added eyeing her, then she walk away...
"She is good"Sonia said with clenched teeth, she rolled her eyes, if she doesn't like her, she don't have to make it that obvious... If she were her, she will saving the little she can because very soon, they are just going to be as penniless and miserable like a dry desert, that she promise them....
"So how is your father, Darius? Carlos ask curiously, he has met Darius once or twice,Darius was a man he was envious in the past, no matter how hard he tried to be friends with him, the man was stubborn,he remenbered what he has told him then...."I don't make friends, they always stab you in the back"

INSPECTOR KESS inhaled deeply as the cool breeze from outside prick his skin sending cold chills to his body, he close the curtains and sat down on his chair, he pick up his pen and drool it in the air, he lean his back on the chair.... He drop the pen as series of unsolved cases hit his head, he pick up a file from the table, he sigh then drop it back without opening it, he thought about the maid behind bars, he felt pity for her when he saw her crying the previous day, he wave the thought away as a knock came on the door..he hesitated before he ask the person to come in...
"There is a letter for you"The policeman on uniform said...
"Who sent it? He ask as he stretched his hand to collect it
"A young boy brought it.. "
Kess collected, then he look at both side of tge envelope to see if there was a clue of the sender, when he saw none, he signalled the policeman to leave who left immediately
He wonder who might have sent him a letter, the last he received a letter from an unknown person was in his school days... A letter from a girl who couldn't express her feelings to him so she wrote it in a letter instead ..
He chulkled at the thought of his universities days.. With a curious mind, he opened the letter and brought out the paper, he unfold it.. His eyes bulge out as he gaze at the words in the paper....
'If you want to meet anonymous, come to divine resort at 3pm,come alone' were the words written on the paper...
A faint smile been in his face... He was inclined to tell Phillip then he the instruction on the paper hit his head.... 'Come Alone'... He wonder why the person will want to see him alone.. He shove off the thought, if that is what he have to do to meet anonymous then he have to do it, he was finally meeting anonymous after the long search... He glance at the clock on the wall, it was 11:53am,he sigh, just few hours left and he be meeting anonymous... He quickly put the letter back in the envelope.... And promise himself he wasn't going to tell his partner until he comfirms who this anonymous is...

THE maid frown as she pour the juice in the glass jug in the glass,she wonder why the queen couldn't do it herself, she was so lost in her thoughts that she poured the juice over and it flowed down from the glass..

"How dare you show your face to me after the accusations you laid onme"She said furiously as she drew closer to her
"Don't you have no shame?Claude fired back
Clarrisa didn't reply, she just stood and glare at her with rage in her eyes... Wishing she can stab her right where she stands..
"You killed someone and you act like nothing happened, what kind of a soul do you have"Claude retorted
"I wish you had died in the place of that guard"

Clarrisa couldn't control the anger that was burning inside her..

It was few minutes to the time that was stated on the letter, but Kess couldn't wait, he park his car in a corner and slowly came out from the car, he look around, the last time he was here was the time he came for a date, a date that ended in a stupid way, many of his colleagues always teased him because he doesn't have a wife, not even a girlfriend.. He have hang out with a few girls in the past, but the date always end with one of them offending each... Since then he accepted the fact that he wasn't the ladies men, he just leave his life hanging out with any woman that fall prey for his charm...
Charm.. He chulkled as the words sound in his head... A few girls have told him he was handsome in the past but he knew better...
He look around the place, he wonder if anonymous was there yet, how will he recognized whoever the person is, he saw a man well dressed in suit, he wonder if that was anonymous... With a curious mind he walk up to him, he wasn't sure how to begin, he greeted but the man didn't reply then it occurs to him that wasn't anonymous...
He turn away his face as the man glared at him..
To him the man was just someone looking for a way to voice out his frustration...
"Excuse me sir"
He quickly turn around as he heard the voice, he sigh when he realised he was a waiter...
"That lady there is calling you"
He turn to where the boy was pointing to, could she be anonymous...
He thanked the waiter then he begin to walk to her direction... He stood and watch take away her dark shade from her eyes..
He bit his lips as he realised how beautiful she was... But whether she was anonymous keeps ringing in his head....
"I heard you are looking for me"She said
"Are you anonymous?Kess ask not knowing when the question fell from his mouth...
"My name is Sonia"
Kess gritted then he sat opposite her... "You still haven't answered my question"

KESS watch as the bar attendant pour the beer into the glass,Kess quickly pick it up before it foamed over, he drank a bit if it then he drop the glass on the table...
Their gaze met, his eyes wandered on the blue erotic gown she was wearing,he wonder if that is how she dress or she was trying to make a special effort today...
"Sound sarcastic isn't it? Sonia said as she slowly drop her glass with her fingernails making a chirping sound as it roam through the glass...
Her nalis though fixed were trimmed neatly making them attractive to the eyes, he wink his eyes when she tossed her hair to one side..she was beautiful, even a blind man can attest to that...
He sniff faintly as the fragrance of her perfume wave with the breeze that blew them.... He wonder what she met by what she just said, a dwarflantern shark suddenly becoming the king of the ocean .....
"Sounds impossible i will say"He said trying not to focus his eyes on her dazzling eyes....

Fear run deep in Cleopatra veins as she turn to face her, there was no trace of tears in her eyes,her eyes were narrowed, cold, rigid, hard, in that moment she knew her end has come, the queen wasn't going to forgive her, not in this lifetime and certainly not in the Next ...
Cleopatra took a deep breathe as she watch Clarrisa glare at her, perhaps she was thinking of something to brutally cut her down...
"You dirty, stinky, lowlife bastard..... "Clarrisa blared out with anger...
Desmond quickly grab his pants and put them on, he was so confused, he wasn't sure what to say to her, but a part of him was happy she found out, perhaps it may make her leave him alone....
"How dare you come into my matrimonial bed"She hollered closing the distance between them but Cleopatra shift aback, away from her...
"Look Clarrisa, we can resolve this issue, just let the maid go"Desmond said with clenched teeth
Clarrisa grunts, she Sniff as she try to hold the tears in her eyes from falling down..but she couldn't hold it, she wasn't strong enough, there she was thinking Claude was the only obstacle standing in her way....but Claude she can stand, facing the humiliation of her husband sleeping with a common maid is what she cant stand... With the anger raging fire in her spines, she slap him hard on the face..... "Shame on you"She yelled at him as uncontrollable tears begin to flow freely from her reddened eyes down to the tip of her neck.........
She glared at Cleopatra then she furiously left the room, she increase her pace,then she begin to run faster until she got to her car..
She entered, she lean her forehead on the steering, then she begin to weep bitterly letting go of all the tears to flow freely on her face...
"I curse you Desmond, i curse you... "she muttered, without hesitation, the start the car engine and zoomed off

Inspector Kess placed hung his suit jacket on the chair, he drool his hands on his face, then he sat down on the chair, he sigh when his door flung open,then he remember what She has said about his partner....
"Where have you been, i have been calling your line like forever, you number wasn't connecting.. "Philip said as he enters the office,he drew out the chair opposite Kess from under the table and sit on it.....
Kess was inclined to tell him that he has finally see anonymous.....
"I think we should get a warrant to arrest that man"Philip said

Kess grinned, his partner reaction gets him wondering if what anonymous said is true... Could he be working for the chiefs...

His heart skip as the door flung open, he quickly rushed to Clarrisa who threw herself on the ground with tears rolling down her cheek..
"What is wrong.. Why are you crying...? Mayo ask as he try to stood her up
"I can't do this anymore. "She muttered with clenched teeth
"Do what, what are you talking about...?
She sniff as more tears roll down her cheeks...
"He has ruined me, my husband you gave me has ruined me totally"
"What are you talking about, what did he do?
"He was having sex with a common maid"she blared out
"How dare he? Mayo hollered...
How dare the king disgrace his daughter in such manner....
"Lets go to the palace, i will kill that maid with mu bare hands... "He said wuth rage flashing through his eyes
"I can't go there"
Mayo groan then he hit the table furiously "How dare him... "
He quickly stood up Clarrisa... "Lets go, no one disgrace my daughter and go free, i wiol teach him a lessin he will never forget in a hurry and for that maid, i will feed her flesh to the vultures and her bones to the dogs.... "
Clarrisa cried as she follow her father sluggishly to the car....

It was minutes later when the inspectors arrived at the palace, they came down frol the car and follow Claude as she lead the way....
Jerone stood close to the car as he watch them walk away, to him the princess was making a big mistake, she has no idea how everything is going to turn up but the princess was under his protection now and he wouldn't allow anything to happen to her even though it means going out of his league...
Desmond was comfortably sitting on the throne, he wonder what the police were doing in the palace when they entered the throne room... He exhales when he saw Claude with them, what was she doing...
"Greetings my king"The inspector said
Desmond glare at them, then he rolled his eyes to Claude, and back at the inspectors..
"To what do i owe this visit inspectors?
"We are looking for the queen, she is under arrest for the murder of the guard Raphael... "Kess said
Desmond scoffs"That is nonsense..... "
"No it isn't"Claude interjects...
"I promised her she will pay if i find out she is the one who poisoned my food"She added infuriated...
Desmond grunts, could Clarrisa who tried to poison his Claude, the woman he loves... "She is not here"

Cleopatra could feel the pounding of her heart, she knew for a fact her death warrant has already be signed the moment the queen caught her with the king, she need to act fast or run away ......

Desmond scoffs, He knew for a fact Claude was the only one who has the guts to challenge him, could that be the reason he was so in love with her..."Since when did i became my wife personal bodyguard"
He wink at her, just then he saw them,fear grip his spines as her father furiously walks towards him...
They all turn to face her....
"You are under arrest mrs.....
His words were interrupted by the loud taunting slap that land on Desmond face....
"How dare you, how dare you disgrace my daughter in such manner"Chief Mayo yell at him...
Desmond groan he was inclined to slap her back...
Clarrisa couldn't stand the sight, she quickly rushed from the room and headed towards the corridors...
More tears begin to flow from her eyes as she stood, she wept bitterly as she thought of the horrible things she has done to keep him...
She gasp as a hand grab her from behind, she gasp for breathe as her throat was slit with a knife...
She hold her throat tightly with her hand as blood gushed out persistently.. She gasp for breathe but non came, her breathe becmqe heavy, then it stopped, she collapsed on the floor, with eyes wide open she gave up the ghost ....

Just then they heard screams, they all ran to where the screams were coming from...
Claude quickly closed her mouth with her hands in shock as she saw Clarrisa lying in a pool of blood...
Legs shaking Mayo rushes to his daughter side, he raise her but she was lifeless...
"No no... No, Clarrisa don't do this to me... "He muttered as a tear drop from his eye...
"Who killed my daughter?
