i trust my parents... they are tested and trusted, I'm a Yoruba guy but my mom once advised me to marry one anambra girl who is my friend coz we bounded very well...its like their happiness lies in seeing us the children happy.

Note, I am not preaching secession, but have you ever sat down to think if we are really brothers or not. For Christ sake we are not brothers in any way, we where amalgamated, we don't have a common believe, goal or aspiration. We are forcefully staying together I'm sure you know that two can not walk together unless they are in peace.

Same exact thing that happened with my ex some years ago. Woke up one morning to tell me his mum and grandma insists he married an ibo girl. And he's already found a girl whose dowry he would be paying the following week. In my town, we were made to believe that all ESAN people are witches and troublesome, that we can't marry them.. hardly will you see a delta man who's married to an ESAN woman. Hardly.. my same people dislike igbo's because they believe they're ritualists.. but what re we ?
