Even men have smelly balls if they don't take care of them. Shave. Keep naturally dry. Try not to reuse undies without washing. Wash thoroughly during bath and wipe intermittently when using the toilet.

Very possible with good hygiene and a balanced flora though the vagina has its natural scent which isn't unpleasant. If it smells fishy then you may have an infection. Visit a gynaecologist or just simply buy an antifungal drug/cream from a pharmacist. It's probably yeast/candida
