Atheism is NOT a movement..it is a Non believe in the existence of God by an individual..I don't know where in the world you are getting the idea of a movement from..it is NOT a movement and he is NOT required to argue anything with you..
He IS an adult who like you have gone through life with his own experiences and chooses to interpret his own experiences his own way..he is NOT under any obligation to PROVE anything to you NOR any other person..

Sorry it is a rudderless movement and you are the official spokeperson.

FYI, I don't need any deluded soul to validate himself to me.

Like one beautiful soul rightly said, if these atheists believe one hot, infinitely small atom expanded to form our universe but fail to believe that human parts can turn to money, then they are deluded.

You are an Atheist? Does it mean you don't believe in the existence of a supreme being?

Sorry for derailing, but I have never met an Atheist before.

There are millions of atheist in Nigeria but most of them are closet atheist because of the institutional discrimination and the power that religious people like you have in Nigeria.

Religion doesn't make any sense to open minded people, the more you read and open your mind to logical explanation of the world around you the more absurd religion becomes

So you want proof whether anything spiritual is real or not? If I ask you to meet me at a particular place tomorrow will you? Maybe you will or will not but what prove do you have that you will see tomorrow or what evidence to show that when something called spirit lives the body of a man what is left is called remains? Can you show me what exactly left the body that makes a man functionless or you want to say that nothing left? What makes you you exactly, the body or something within? If it's something within do you see it? Yes you believe that you're human not just a body but you want to see God before you believe He exist right? That's quite logical indeed! If you actually want to see God before you believe Him then you have to bring out what exactly makes you you out to stand before you by then you can see Him. If all the works of nature you see around is not enough evidence that there is something called divinity, then you might need to go the world beyond to get enough proof. You see somebody died through a diabolic means you said you want proof, I shake my head, I just pray you don't fall into the hand of the wicked. Only the concerned can tell the full story.

No proof no belief
As simple as that,if you god wants me to acknowledge him he has to show himself in a discernable manner,it mustn't be by appearing to me he can decide to send an angel to commune with me like he did with Gideon or can speak to me clearly like he did with Abraham, moses and the rest, these events are in your bible so you believe they occurred, the only thing that will make me admit that your god exists is if It can be logically proven beyond every reasonable doubt that the bible is completely true and corresponds with historic findings, but to make make the process shorter your god could choose to appear to reveal himself to me just like in the instances I gave and clear my doubts, until then I will remain an atheist considering the fact that every evidence proves that christianity and indeed all religions of the world were formed and propagated by men.
Now back to our main discussion, like O said earlier no evidence no belief, bring forth u evidence, it mustn't be a life event or maybe something we can see, just explain to us how a human body part can turn one into a millionaire, but if you can't do that, cite examples of people you know that did money rituals and we can do the verification and the other necessary findings we need,if you can not do any of these then you don't have a case

While in the Village, I asked a family Friend who's also a Babalawo a question regarding the reason why Babalawos and their families don't do this money rituals, "isoye" (juju for being brilliant) and they live in penury. His response scared me:
"Every juju has repercussions. It's like a trade-by-barter kind of deal. You trade the devil's riches and blessing with your soul. The intended wealth of the people you sacrificed will be compressed and given to you at a reduced timing. Let's say you are supposed to live 70yrs and make it from age 30. All d wealth may be compressed into 10-15yrs. Even in the course of spending the money, you will be haunted till you die. Besides, Babalawos do collect whatever they want to collect for the "service" before the rituals and they watch off their hands shortly after as a sign of not being part of the act.
Secondly, it's juju for being brilliant and outstanding in life. You will get those and die a youth. It may be a day to your graduation, finishing youth corps or a day to your wedding.
No Babalawo wants these for himself nor their wards. That's why they don't do it. And it's foolishness doing it too.

In early 2000's, there was a man that used to come and perform some publicity dark power stunts at gariki market in Enugu, the man, dressed like a native doctor would spread his amulets, charms and talismans on a mat, people would gather to watch him perform.

I've seen with my own eyes where the man challenged an onlooker to put his hand in his pocket and it won't come out, the onlooker bemused at this put his hand into his right pocket, immediately the hand got stuck.

The man tried everything possible to pull his hand from his pocket, it refused, the man descended into tears, a full grown man weeping cos his hand got stuck in his own pocket, till the native doctor reversed the spell and the man pulled out his hand immediately. He flagged the next bike and ran for his life.

Still there, the native Dr asked the onlookers if anyone wants money? Some came out and lined up, he hit their chests with a small miniature open coffin, after that he dropped the coffin, closed it, and cast some spells on it, upon opening it, Lo and behold money!

My friend, I've seen powers

How old are you ?
So lets assume this event occured the way you said it,dont u think there are other explanations to this event than concluding that "magic" occurred as it were, what if the "magician" had it scripted and the "onlooker" was his accomplice
For the money trick you need to go and watch copperfield, blair and the rest and tou would see real tricks, the good thing about oyibo people is that they know these things are just tricks, the fact that you couldn't explain what they did doesn't mean it is supernatural,if the at fellow has supernatural powers like u claim he would be well known round the world but what he has is just some tricks to wow the streets of gariki

The big bang as u already noted is a theory, There's no practical aspect of it and it has never been proven. Science takes the big bang theory as a "Possible" process that formed the earth.

It is unite different with the so called money rituals.

U simply can't cut someone's breast n use it to create money in ur wardrobe n become stupendously rich overnight. U picked all that up from Nigerian movies while growing up.

Do you know what theory means?
Look it up bro before saying it has never been proven or it's just a possible process, that translates to an ordinary hypothesis

people may not believe these but they can believe that satan exist, powers exist and so re powerful people. you can only know the realm you are in by your deep knowledge of the spiritual realm... can people not understand how the ancient people built the pyramids of Egypt, the granite tomb that was just discovered some weeks ago.
for rituals..its also like sacrifice But this is all about giving some items, blood, animals and humans to a deity, god or altar...

A theory is a contemplative and rational type of abstract or generalizing thinking, or the results of such thinking. Depending on the context, the results might, for example, include generalized explanations of how nature works.

scientific theories , a well-confirmed type of explanation

Thank God for Christianity. Thank God for the Western missionaries who came over here and converted us to Christianity, and ended up civilizing some of us. Thank God for Jesus Christ our Lord.
Christianity is a foreign religion (as well as Islam). But I am very glad to be born into Christianity. The alternatives (African traditional religion, and Islam of course) are barbaric and should never be practiced by anybody in this modern times.
But I abhor hypocrisy. I feel that the vast majority of Nigerian Christians are not real Christians, but hypocrites.
Muslims are worse in the hypocrisy department though.

You should also thank your white master for enslaving millions of your countrymen, thank them for creating an artificial state that lump 200 plus ethnic group in one shit hole, also thank them for the over 100 years of colonization and the continuous exploitation of African states, while at that, thank them for all the pseudo-science of the 19th and 20th century sponsored by them to dehumanized your kind in other to justify for all the atrocities they have committed against the black race.

Am sorry but your definition of Atheism is not the same as mine..in my book it means non belief in the existence of God,which is an individual thing and not a movement..
I don't know what you mean by who is paying me,it seems you have a conspiracy theory thing going on..it may be too farfetched for you to appreciate but most people who do not believe in the existence of God do not wake up every day with that worry in their minds, they just get on with their lives like everyone else and worry about things more tangible and immediate to their lives, like feeding and taking care of their children..
Like I Said,we don't even agree to the definition of Atheism so this whole episode is null and void..neither being a Theist nor an Atheist is a prerequisite for being a good person and that is of far more important in my opinion..

I struggle to grasp the logic of your comment above. Why will you assume that I blame god for life's failures when there is no god of any type?

To my best knowledge, most religious people actually blame a mythical devil for their failures and not the god they claim to serve. This is also folly IMHO as the idea of some permitted opposition to a supreme deity is beyond ludicrous. But then, isn't all of religion just a mishmash of absurdities?

As for living long enough to confirm fulfilment of god's words; which of the gods do you refer? The one and only god who sent Muhammad to Mecca, the one in a trinity who immaculately impregnated some teenager in Nazareth or the one who lives in a pantheon upon mount Olympus or even the one in the northern lights who awaits the faithfuls in Valhalla??

It is an ""explanation"".

A theory or scientific theory is an explanation of nature and nothing more. It has never been proven.

We will all hear wen it is proven.

For now the big bang theory remains a theory that tries to explain how planet earth came to being. There are a million and one unanswered questions about the big bang theory.

It has been proven over and and over again that money ritual, is a scam. You need to visit many native doctors with an open mind to understand the type of charlatans these folks are.

Money ritual, bullet proof charms are scam and must be treated as such.

I have gone to many native doctors. These people are like pastors;feed you false hope and take your money.

There are many ways of making money, killing another human being and severing the body parts is not one them.

Does it work? Yes it does. But how does money appear from thin air? It doesn't. What it does is to add the aura of the person that was killed to your aura. Then you will be able to attract money. As usual there are consequences the day you failed to appeals to the spirit of the man killed.

Does money ritual works? From my experience in life, I would not deny anything is possibly.
I ll explain the principles and concept to the best of my understanding.
There is no way we can take the belief of the unseen out of this. The simple logic of rituals is to give your soul to the devil. Make him your lord, worship him and make sacrifice for him.
The sacrifice made makes the ritualists to be away from holiness.
A sacrifice as small as egg or as big as human part is just to make the person submit himself to the devil.

Another trick of the devil is to make people deny the existence of the supreme being. The objective is the same by means are different. The devils aimed at getting as much human and jinns to hellfire so whatever means that suits him, he use.
It is not surprise that atheists don't believe in rituals because if they do, they have to believe in the devil and eventually God.

I m bold to say that atheists are possessed. Let them be fair on themselves, their thinking are inspired. But by who? The possesinng spirits.

I m open to be challenged if possible in a public debate.
