It's quite unfair because sending transcript from school was not part of the requirement. I only uploaded a scanned copy of my transcript.I mailed them for further explanationwhy i was assessed as unsuccessful and the reply was that my school did not reply them when they tried to verifly my academic records. very useless school

I knew that was the case. What you have to do now is to contest it(I have forgotten how they call it). You will have to pay additional cost for that, then tell your school or whoever is in charge beforehand.

Hi everyone, thanks for the wonderful job of sharing informations here. Please, I need your advice and suggestions, 1'm 34 yrs old, married with 2 kids, presently a property manager (I own a real estate management business with my wife for nearly 3yrs), my highest educational qualification is Msc (Real Estate Management and Investment 2015). Prior to my Msc, I had a Bachelor degree in Teacher Education/Physics.

Here is my situation, I'm planning to apply for Canadian PR via express entry pool, and thinking of the probability of shooting 2 birds with one stone (Although I prefer Australia because of the weather), but the process and procedure of the Aussie own seems not too straightforward like the Canada, I'll like great people here to use my situation in the first paragraph in advising me. I will be glad to know if my my occupation is listed on Australian skill list?,if yes, how do I go about about the assessment and application?, and any other advice.

I'm asking these questions because of confusing and conflicting information I have read about the Australia stuff. Thanks for your assistance.

I hope your employment is very very detailed about your work as a mathematician. They're very strict on that. Ensure your role aligns with what's on the ANZSCO for mathematician.

I assessed as one, got a negative outcome because of employment. I've sent my documents for reassessment and I paid for it. Still expecting the outcome.

@suzzyallen,

Congratulations on the grant. That was a long ride.

The CO should have contacted the HR to confirm the date of birth. You provided government records to proof your age, HR mistake shouldn't have overridden government evidence.

All the best in the Lands.

Thanks@bellong..The interview went well for over 30mins.though afterwards, the case officer at vetassess said he still needs to confirm my employment and duties from my direct boss and since i said i do not want my organization to know about my immigration plans that i should furnish him with the details of my manager who can verify my information.

bellong:

They will ask you about your job descriptions. Go and study what you put in the reference and Anzsco description for the occupation you nominated.

Other possible questions to substantiate your employment and what you do as a marketing specialist.

Your response will likely determine the outcome of your assessment.

Make sure that the person you are supplying his details is conversant with the job descriptions you gave vetasses. Whatever the person says will be used as the final for assessment.

Goodluck.

Good morning SIRs and MAs.
Please I have few questions and I'll be glad if people with maybe similar experience can make time out from their busy schedule to assist.
I already have my positive assessment with EA (experience wasn't assessed) since March this year, and I'm planning to rewrite my PTE in two week's time.
My questions........
1. Due to present situation of things, I want to apply for both Visa 489 and 189, as I'm currently at 55 points, but hopefully this will rise to 65 and probably 70 with experience. Am I to do this with the same EOI or separate EOIs for both? If separate, should I use my second email to register for the other one? Lastly, Is having more than one EOIs an offence?
2. Also, I graduated in 2014, but I have just worked as a professional Engineer since December 2016. However, in my current workplace, I was an engineer intern from June, 2015 before I became a full staff (Only have appointment letter to show for this since I was paid by hand, at times not paid at all self). However, I have every documents for the full time position, more than they can ask for even. My question is, can I get 5 points with this experience?

Let me stop here for now. Thanks so much in anticipation of your answers.

I am guessing this occupation is on SA supplementary list. Which means, there are additional requirements to get nominated.

There are 4 of them ~ SA international graduates, working in SA, high points and chain migration. Since they have blocked off 2 of them, it means you won't be nominated unless you are a SA graduate who is already working in that occupation.

From a fellow biochemist, its unfortunate Biochemistry is no longer on the list. It was eligible about 2 years ago for 190 only sponsored by SA but no more. Any occupation you nominate will require at least a qualification in a relevant field or 5years in lieu of experience. Not sure this even applies to all occupations

This is only a rough estimate pls largely dependent on Assessing body & Conversion rate. U can just budget the following. U might spend less than or a little more for 1 applicant
Assessment: 300,000
English test: 70,000
Visa:1,000,000
Medicals: 50,000
PCC: 5000
Miscellaneous: 100,000 (rewriting english or processing transcripts, scanning etc

So roughly, less than 1,500,000 if all goes well.

Hi Bellong,

Thanks for the reply. I am a Petroleum Engineer by profession but PE is not on the list This is the reason.

Thanks
