It really was.

It's quite easy to do, I like my porridge quite pasty and smooth with minimal lumps.

Just cut the yam into very small pieces, add a bit more water (not too much that'll make it watery), and use turning stick to mash the yam when it's done.

Thanks for the tip, will try it soonest and let you know how it turns out.

So nobody is making Egusi this weekend, i guess i will just keep the gift i wanted to give to the person with the 'yummiest' looking Egusi picture......
