Chicken
Irish potatoes
Green, yellow and red pepper.
Spring onion,
Carrots.

Boil boil the chicken add your seasoning, when almost done add the cut up or whole peeled potatoes, let cook for a while and add your veggies. It shouldn't cook for longer than 2 mins once you've had the veggies in.

You can mash up the pototoes if you'd like a thicker consistence or just serve it as is.

This looks nice and I sure it would taste nicer. I can't seem to keep food down my throat. I only take soups. I guess you can send me some.
