We are also ready with the windows of this house. We might remove the scaffolding this week so we can now fit the windows.

He sure has very good artisans working for him.
This is very important, cause execution of plan is very key to standing you out from the rest.

Completing the POP ceiling work for this house stairwell.

The POP team will leave by tomorrow morning. Work completed.

Budget 50-55 million from foundation to final finishings with medium -high grade tiles and roofing sheets, EXCLUDING land.... Cheers!

We did the POP on only the upper floor. On the other floors, its under decking and so we just paint with good emulation paint.

We are still planning to return and complete the project. Finish materials still being awaited.

We're going to continue work on the balustrade for both the front and back of this block of flats. .....

More balcony rails has been done in this house, both front and back. We're working on the step rails now.
