This house will fit into a 50x100 land but with very small space remaining at the sides. I advice a 60x100 land if you want ro have good space on the sides of the building.

Also clear its the exact building in your oda thread of "building ten flats of 2bedrooms each in Onitsha"..... Abeg, wats happening!!!!

The second house might be a little cheaper to build, although the two are almost of similar size and design. We can get a land either in Enugu or Awka. Just give me your chosen town and I will concentrate and get you a land as soon as you want it. Thank you.
