Good day everyone, please what is the content or body of the following letters.

•Letter of Explanation
• Letter of clarification
•Letter of introduction

Please someone should tell me the aim of the letters, as my SOP contents are 1. Educational background,
2. family background,
3. reasons for choosing my school,
4. the course I applied for,
5. why Canada not Nigeria and future goals.
If any other important heading is missing in the SOP, you can also tell me..

THANKS...

Hello,
Your planned SOP structural arrangement as stated above is okay.
--- Letter of Introduction (LOI) is a formal letter written by the Company someone works for and should be addressed to the Consular General, Deputy High Commission of Canada, Victoria Island, Lagos (If you are applying through VFS Lagos and online from Nigeria too). The LOI should be on the Company letterhead and should certify that you work there, your current position/role, how long you have worked with the company, what you are applying for, how long your program is and the duration of your leave of absence and if/when you are likely to return to the company. LOI should be signed by the Human Resources Manager of the Company you work for.

---Letter of Explanation (LOE) is a formal letter and the same as what you termed ''Letter of clarification''. This letter can be typed on any A4 paper, and should be addressed to the ''Visa Officer, Canada High Commission'. You shouldn't be specific in the VO's address, because you are not sure of the country where the VO processing your application resides. The LOE should explain the source of financial income/support including clarifications on how much you have on each account statement you are submitting, your landed property (ies), your family/home ties e.t.c. Show/list the breakdown of your funds in both Nigerian Naira (or the currency of the Country where your Bank SOA is domiciled) and convert to Canadian dollars (check conversion rates on OANDA or any other online site). The LOE should be printed and hand signed by you. Then, scan and merge it with your supporting documents, if applying online.

Your SOP, LOI and LOE should be among the first documents/pages on your merged documents, so the VO can clearly read them before they start seeing the accompanying documents.

Good luck.

Good day house,

Please one big question,

I am yet get medical call school resumption is 3rd of September.. If I decide to differ till January now. What will be the implication if the visa is refused in terms of refund from the school.. Also, what will be the implications if visa is later granted (are we going to inform CIC that we have a new admission letter or what?) This is the thing we are delineating on as school already started any visa that has not been stamped on or before 20th should differ admission to next season.....

Hello,
I have seen your PM and responded. However, if the request or information you plan to discuss is not confidential, it would be better to state it here, so that either myself and/or any of the folks with similar experience and exposure can contribute to give you a more balanced response/opinion.

Good luck.

Nothing will happen. If your passport will expire before the end of your program, CIC will simply issue you a visa valid till the expiry date on the passport. The same applies for the Study permit. What this means is that at some point during your studies in Canada, you will have to apply for study permit extension. It not really a big deal.

The desire to be lucky is universal. I can remember we argued and debated on the above subject matter ABOUT APPLICANTS HAVING STUDY GAPS
I hope this will stand as a clear evidence that 10 years study gaps will not pose to be a reason for a visa refusal once there is strong correlation between your intended program and current job role. Do your part by presenting a rational explanation letter, then hope and pray to be favoured by the whimsical Goddess of Good luck.

Hello,
Your planned SOP structural arrangement as stated above is okay.

This letter can be typed on any A4 paper, and should be addressed to the ''Visa Officer, Canada High Commission'. Good luck.

Thank you so much...
