Below is the recipe

2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
Beat eggs in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy. Beat in milk, vegetable oil, vanilla essence and sugar until smooth and evenly mixed.
Add flour baking powder and salt and mix.
Pour mix onto hot waffle iron or waffle silicon mold Cook until golden brown.
Serve hot.

Note: This is what I usually do, separate egg yolk from the white. Use the egg yolk for the first direction up there, then after your flour has been mixed in the wet ingredients and smooth, beat your egg whites in a mixer and fold in the batter, don't over mix it.

There was watermark in the middle of the ogbono pic I copied from google the other time.

Just post the pic and chill because whether you post it in the middle or down it can be stolen.
