I sold an iPhone 6s Plus 256gb to a friend , tho the phone works perfectly before selling it to him, but then my friend ask me to wipe and reset to factory so he can start afresh with his own installation. so I reset the phone n was in the process of setting it up. So I got this msg ..

This iPhone has been setup with another email. M.......@gmail.com pls enter the email to continue setup..

Since I bought the phone brand new .. I enter the email and password that was use for the first time setup on the phone ..

So I got this message . Your Apple ID has been disable. Go to Apple and reset your email. On getting to Apple I realize that my info was hacked somehow .. I couldn’t verify my birthday on Apple to enable reset my ID .. can someone help?

Can somebody here help me with an advice. My gionee s plus keep shutting down on its own and sometimes it would restart on its own. Somebody said it could be the faulty of its power. How true is that.? The phone is still giving me headache. Pls guys help me.

Gurus in d house, my gionee m6 mirror now takes 15-20mins to reboot after I did OTA update/upgrade. It's very frustrating.... What's the problem and hw can I correct this silly madness install in d phone.

was the device working perfectly before the ota update. if yes, that mean the ota has some bugs in it.. the device need to be fully flashed back to it's previous form.

It was working perfectly, I thought with new update comes with much better performance and improved interface... I guess I was wrong on this particular device

I know the password to the ICloud but the ID has been disabled on Apple Cuz when I entered the email and password the activation process is suppose to go to the next page of activation but I just get this sudden massage that my Apple ID has been disabled which is why I can’t go to the next step of activation.
