Fair food is horrible for your health but very much fun to eat especially if you share.

Giant smoked turkey legs
Cheese and bacon basket of fries
Funnel cake
Elephant ears
Fiesta corn on the cob (just corn buttered and sprinkled with cheese and your choice of seasonings)
Huge corn dogs.

The elephant ears are just more hyped than they should be. Every time we go to the fair people line up all the way to the gates to get them so I imagined it must be good.

We have varieties of swallow meal...Eba, fufu ( made from cassava), wheat meal, semolina, pounded yam, tuwo ( made from rice) and others I don't remember... We eat them with various soups
