A young man was trying to take an 'Up-skirt' photo of a lady but was caught when the flash light of his phone unexpectedly goes.

The incident was filmed in a public building in the Philippines and uploaded on social media where nearly one million people have viewed it.

In the video footage which is available online it was seen that a group of people all focused on their mobile phones were sitting on steps inside a large hall with lots of people milling around.

Unaware that he is being filmed, the young man in a striped top puts on his glasses and pretends to make a phone call. But he keeps peering over his left shoulder towards the legs of a woman sitting a few steps up from him, while setting his phone to camera.

While he pretended to be engaged in a conversation, he repeatedly turns his head to the left to set up the angle. But the flash unexpectedly goes on, giving himself away.

The woman on noticing this closes her legs as the man quickly jumps to his feet and walks down the steps, casting her a final look before walking off.
