When u say God "chose" to bless Jacob as against Esau, how exactly did these blessings come about?
The bible records that Isaac favoured Esau and sough to bless him, but was deceived by Jacob. Also, the bible records that Esau sold his birth right (which is his right to the blessings Isaac was to shower on him). Was it not clear that Esau voluntarily relinquished his rights and blessings?
