The sad truth is that people do not listen in details to whatever these politicians say. In between the lines, he said we "will hear of progress " and that is the truth. Lagosians will neither SEE nor FEEL THE PROGRESS. We have been told in the lines, what to expect.(be assured that this man will later deny promising to deliver any progress) he has told us that we will only hear of progress.
