Okowa's being in PDP and incumbency will not help him without ibori support. If you are in Delta, you will know the the ika axis where okowa hail from are already against him. The aniocha people are up for sale. Okowa needs the delta central where ogburo hail from. And the only way he is getting it is if Ibori is with him.

Oniovo our democracy haven't gotten to the stage of merit. For now for the sake of equity and balance power should remain in delta north for another 4 years. The country at the moment is highly divided along tribal lines, i believe it will change with time when most tribes have a taste of power.

He is not called the people's General for nothing. Even Ibori had to cry out when Ogboru was leading some years back before he (Ibori) got the backing of the Ogas at the top. Ogboru has always been the people's choice but due to the fact that he's been contesting with the opposition he has always been robbed. But not anymore......
