Wes just completed my BSc evaluation. How do I evaluate my MSc on my initial Wes account or do I need to create another account for the next evaluation? |

Interesting judicial appeal case A - on the need to balance submitting too little and too much information. 1. Here the applicant submitted only documents specified in the documents checklist, but was rejected because the case officer was not convinced by the reference letter. She appealed on the basis of procedural fairness, but the judge sided with CIC. "[12] The Applicant relied on the Document Checklist for Permanent Residence in the Canadian Experience Class (“Checklist”) provided by CIC in submitting her application, expecting that, by complying with the Checklist, there would be no evidentiary issues... ...[14] This Court has further held that, while an applicant may be provided with a list of required documents by the agency accepting the application, the applicant is not limited to supplying only those documents (Qin v Canada (Minister of Citizenship and Immigration), 2002 FCT 815, [2002] FCJ No 1098 at para 7). Here, the Applicant was free to submit T4 tax information slips" Arachchige v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration) 2012 FC 1068 |

Swansy10:You complie a case of all your efforts and attempt and submit. If you can’t get a police certificate from your country or territory If you’re unable to get a police certificate from a country, you’re responsible to show why you can’t get one. To prove that you can’t get a police certificate, you must: show proof that you requested a police certificate from the correct authorities and write a letter explaining all the efforts you have taken to get one Even if you send us the above items, this is not a guarantee of acceptance. Hello Everyone! I want to first appreciate the effort of those taking their time to educate and answer questions asked. I am married to an officer in the army and we have one child. I am a freelance writer with a B.A in literature, his job makes him go all over the place so it's hard for the family to stay together even though we try. He plans to relocate us and after reading through this thread, I'm not sure if he is eligible to be the primary applicant? I do freelance so I have no work experience. Thanks |

Why not? What is your reasoning? Possible work experience NOCs for him will be 0433 or 4313 depending on rank. With the way military officers like accumulating degrees, his points should be high. Janaeroy: |

Tojued:I used them. it took about 2 months from when my Uni sent my transcript. You upload passport bio data page...a copy of your transcript and copy of your certificate....and any translations or change of name document (for women)... Your school will send transcript and certificate too...they never contacted me for further documents and they have a time line...see below. Didn't have any issues apart from the time it took.

). I would say please don’t give up on this journey because I was almost losing confidence in myself after my second IELTS result as I rarely fail exams. I also got encouragement on this forum seeing some people gave (as our Indian brothers will say) IELTS up to 7 times and now in Canada. Hence, I had to quickly re-take the test to avoid losing momentum.
again, maybe childhood. As advised on this tread, I prepared a table for the POF and explained each, particularly the PF section, very well as I had initially withdrawn some voluntary contributions in 2017 and this reflected on the Pension statements. Had to let them know the withdrawn amount was a voluntary contribution and does not constitute part of the accessible 25% o before somebody will start running around for money way no loss upon ADR for the balance.
