exchange rate is rather instantaneous. You know the rate after you have been charged but those who placed orders just before you can tell you how much they were charged

1. You can pay directly from your account but it's better to load your Alipocket because if there is need for refund, to refund you into the alipocket is faster than into your bank account. Both are safe.

2. Your account must be "blocked" before you can appeal.
That's what will direct you to where to upload the appeal documents.

Better you use ur visa card to purchase directly from Aliexpress and best deal is to use ali-application. Max cap is not 100dollars anymore...my bank max cap is 3,000dollars

the limit is now $1000 monthly I think, not 100$ again

You guys are doing a lot to help us. I'm amazed how cheap phones are at aliexpress that left regretting all I have bought from jumia. I also love the select options given. This doesn't mean jumia is bad. Jumia is still a lot cheaper with things like computers and computer gadgets and offers home service for a much cheaper price. But as long as it's China phones, aliexpress is the place to go. I wouldn't have used them if not for the reassurance gotten here and to that I say, thank you..

all items will be shipped separately except if you buy from the same store in which case you can message the seller to pack all into a package and ship as 1 package.
