Is there any infinix or Carl care WhatsApp group ? My infinix screen outermost screen got broken , and I am in the remote part of the country in Kebbi state – No network or access . I have to travel to capital or nearby states.

Guys.... I'm having a weird bug on my infinix hot 4 right now....I cannot change any of my fonts from the xtheme because they all showed as applied....including the default one, I tried to reset my fone, it went back to the way it was after a while until the bug resurfaced once again.

good day peeps,I'm currently facing a charging/battery issues on my infinix hot 4. sometimes when I plug the charger it charges for a while and stops charging even though the charging icon clearly shows that its plugged and should be charging yet it doesn't add anything to the battery;it just stagnates at a particular battery percentage. please how do I fix this.. I'll appreciate any help I can get on this. thanks
