First check with your network providers and restrict apps running data at the background.

Am having problem with charging my infinix note 3 phone,the Xcharge does not come out,i have to twist and bend the usb cord to the extent of supporting with stone before the double Xcharge will come out, what can i do?

For the past 6 days, my infinix hot5 has not been browsing on Facebook,WhatsApp,and instagram. These apps only browse when its connected through a WiFi. I have contacted my service provider they seem not to have a solution to the problem. I have also checked the system connection over and over again still no difference. Please how can this problem be rectified.
