CIC sleeping on May, June and July TRV applications. Tragic.

These are traditionally when they are under summer vacation and therefore understaffed. Foreigners do not have the power of the vote to sanction their government officials, so it's low key priority for the government to staff it's offices for what logically should have been fully staffed to attend to fall peak period. It's really tragic. But there is nothing we can do. You just have to dance to their tune.

Too much denial isn't very good for you.

Your CGPA is not very good, but good.

Stop applying for diploma, it reduces your chances.

Get a school that would accept you GPA, if it means applying to as much as 10 schools, definitely one will give you admission.

The most important part of all is funds, don't even take chances, find FUNDS, i say Find FUNDS!!!

You won't know until you try, Admission is first, Then Visa is secondary and the Most Important hurdle (Assume it is the hardest part)

This is just to encourage everyone whether you're at the admission or visa stage! God Does not forget his own! The book of Habakkuk' says that the vision is yet for an appointed time, though it tarries it will definitely come to pass! Do not be faint or weary because the lord will definitely breathe on all our applications and grant us good success

yeah GMAT is not needed and also not compulsory to write IELTS before you get admitted but it is mandatory to submit your IELTS score before resuming or write the school english placement exam upon arrival...

People usually write informally online and don't put much work into strict grammatical compliance. Haba headache? This is serious oh! Don't judge someone simply because of their online ramblings which might not be indicative of the way they would use English in a more formal and business setting. I wana assume u are an Online applicant, if u are, then there is no how you can track ur application on VFS site. Login to ur CIC account and monitor ur application from there. Tracking is meant for applicants with paper route that have not linked their application online. Peace

Guys please I just tracked my application now on vfs website after submitting passport on 16/10/2018 which was on Tuesday. Now I'm seeing your processed passport is ready for collection on 18/10/2018 which is today. But I'm yet to receive an email from vfs confirming this, I was wondering if I can just go pick it up tomorrow.

Do I have to get an email or tracking information is ok?

For some the question might sound stupid, but please I'm asking cause I'm still moving around with crutches due to post op recovery after surgery, and wouldn't want to go through pains, and still waste cab fare going there tomorrow for nothing.

I will be sponsored by my mother with USD20,000 ( account in the US) and additional statement of account in Nigeria. Travelled before to the US and have a valid US visiting visa B1/B2. Planning to go without my daughter ( my mother will take care of her). I have been denied Canadian study permit in 2006 on the grounds of not being a bonafide student and denied appeal ( did not make further enquiries). Do I have a good chance of getting a study permit and can I get some advice. Thanks. ( NT: did not falsify any document during first application. I made a lot of mistakes and did not get advice initially)
