This is nothing but plagiarism- stealing of someone's intellectual property. There is no crime in using an internet source, but there must be appropriate reference. This is simply a metaphor of fraud and lie. The handler needs to be sued and arrested. However, it says a lot about this government.

if you are a car dealer and you want to advertise your product it's best for you to use pictures of what you have and not some random pictures. Show us pictures of what you have in store. You don't say you have built a house and then shows your neighbours house as yours.
