I believe by now most students have checked their result. But you don't see your CGPA or the total credit you have earned (carried) so far. Hence you don't know your status (First class, second class, third class) nor the unit you need more to graduate.

Let us help you calculate your CGPA and your total credit earned so far.

@op, I couldn't have agreed any better, this semester result for MSc Info Tech 2nd Semester exam/codes..seems to have a deduction of about 10-15.. Or probably the scaling has been upgraded as follow 80-A,70-B,60-C and remember anything short of C is F for MSc.... my probable flawed thoughts though. Reason for this is solely based on personal perception.

I am a student who strongly believed in just 2 possible grades outcome A/B, and this my assertion was duly justified at the 2017_2 semester 7A1B and the B, I personally had earlier marked myself and graded it as a B, thus no drama,whatsoever; TMA was 25 and exam wasn't business as usual.

However, this semester 2018_1,had least TMA as 29! Just 1, remaining 4 were 30. And the exam based on personal score the least should be a 71-A...normally my scoring is worst as +-3 but this time...phew...mtcheww..1A.. A course i had scored myself as 87..3B...all in d range of 70s on personal score sheet and 1C...I scored myself 71 in that., you see my assumption plays suit on both submissions..

So, based on personal account, I fall short and stand to be corrected of my annoyance, wrath and utmost distraught that in fact ONE of the 2 above opinions above holds true...either a general deduction of 10-15 points or in the most humane, a change of goal-post during the match...

We as student can do nothing, but rants as the school holds autonomous veto power and authority presiding on all affairs of academic and student character including justified rants towards unjustified exam results.

I will implore you to take with chill pill as we who had taken this drudgery 2018_1 MSc Info Tech 2nd Semester exam all were battered with this fate and agony in diverse proportion.

My project remains unreleased yet, couldn't expect any better from them...at least I rest my case on uncertainty of the so called "Project Defense", submitted in mid September. I await in grief!

Please, in your irate state of mind, know you are not alone as I got same frostbite in my heart when I woke by 3am to view the " maligned " result. I have since moved on and would encourage, you do same. Kindly retake those but this time with the perception of the above personal ordeal as pointers..

BOL op.

NB: i would be updating the shared link of my readings, shortly, probably before Friday. Those who had asked previously, hope you still have the link.

I hope this meet all your needs for both current M.Sc Info Tech Student, New and future prospective student including tips for all NOUN students in general.

On Authorization;
PLEASE IN NO INSTANCE ARE YOU ALLOWED TO SELL THIS!, THIS WAS GIVEN MUCH PREPARATION FOR HUMANITY AND I CONSIDER IT INAPPROPRIATE TO SELL IT...PLEASE SHARE GRACIOUSLY AT YOUR DISCRETION WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

On How to Read and Succeed in NOUN;
Please, read your books/material - Hard or Soft copy! There are no shortcuts to success, or maybe I don’t know of it yet.
However, these tips below will help ease the stress of reading, passing and excelling within the hallow halls of NOUN;
i. Go to your Study Center and get Past Questions – it’s a MUST HAVE!
ii. Go to your Study Center and collect material for registered courses or simply like me download online PDF Version and distribute across all your smart devices.
iii. Solve TMAs with the use of Ctrl+F search of Keywords of the question on your soft copy material and for some you won’t see, use Google to search while putting the question in quote for refined search e.g "What is TMA"
iv. Yes, you've been hearing it and I confirm it, NOUN to some extent repeat past question but know you cannot depend on this to pass, as it varies from exam to exam even within a semester - in my 1st semester I will say an average of 50-65% overall was repeated while 50-55% in 2nd semester overall - this path is slippery - trade with caution. DONT RELY SOLELY ON PAST QUESTION - you can get hurt!
v. NOUN DO NOT TOLERATE MALPRACTICES of any sense...if caught that might just be it---BE Warned!
vi. Pay on time, do your semester, course and exam registration. Please stay away from Card Payment…just take the stress go to the Bank and use the Bank payment option on all fronts.
vii. All TMAs are compulsory, attempt with equal vigor! And must do all.
viii. Pass mark is assumed to be 50% anything short for Postgraduate is an F - Stay off this zone. You really don’t need to read the whole book in the world or materials on the internet, there is a disclaimer in all materials that you won’t be scored for this…simply just keep to NOUN material and yes, you can put answers in your words – YOU CANNOT EVEN DARE TO CRAM 2000pages! So jot, note keywords and explain in details to your best understanding of each question.
ix. Missing script is mostly from personal experience and research as a result of illegible writing of Exam answer booklet information filling, Exam Attendance sheet mistakes or total omission, writing in wrong Study center without being dully transferred and confirmed to write and then small, very negligible amount like 0.1% as a fault from the school/marker/MIS - very rare!
x. I will advise you to stay off paying illegally for anything e.g TMA/EXAM score upgrading, the institution rule can change any day, they don’t owe you any prior information on this, though personal thought and the authenticate source for all information is the NOUN Study center or offices or HQ! I started by visiting the HQ. And information on this pages/Nairaland though very handful should be taken with caution and you should ensure you verify thoroughly.

PRAY HARD, READ HARD AND PASS HARD! You cannot do it without God!

I like to end off by saying, I am most delighted to have been part of you by contributing in trivial amount towards your M.Sc. pursuit - This gives me so much joy that I am not wealthy enough to buy and I close this chapter of my life with a heart full of joy, that I came, saw and conquered. While the world out there awaits us, I hope we'll take the little knowledge, lesson of personal development and drillings of the institution towards greater height. I wish you all success just as much as I wish my self and in all honesty, I couldn't have hope for any better opportunity than this.

Thanks to TripsKorlems, celi4ever2k5, sinisters, neccki, rippra and host of others I couldn’t mention, for believing in collaboration, I hope yours have gone well also…best of luck.
Special thanks to Seun-Nairaland Developer, to all follows/mention, my family, supervisor and to God Almighty for his guidance and support.

Thanks to Mr. Kazeem, who wanted to sell Past Question-sorry, I DIDN'T BUY, however, please know you're the main source of this FREE FOR ALL work. To all sellers, please know that I AM IN NO WAY AGAINST your business, after all Satisfaction is all we want, however, money isn't satisfaction to some and as such, mine is putting Joy in the face of others and seeing them succeed via my little contributions to their great successes.

I wish you all the very best in your M.Sc pursuit. Please permit me share this with you, I finished off with 4.6/5.0 CGPA [4.85,4.35], I BELIEVE IN YOU and I am fully convinced you'll go even higher...Please get inspired you never know where this degree will lead you, I am currently publishing my dissertation work in an international journal with my supervisor to be used for a Full PhD Scholarship in a U.K Uni through him...you can do this and even so much more...go for it, if people say you can't, dare to beat the doubters...I was embarrassed for mistakenly asking for "Exam Question sale" instead of "Past Question" and this was enough for me to pick up the challenge that I was going to prove it beyond imaginable extent...PLEASE KNOW YOU'RE THE PERSON THE WORLD IS WAITING FOR.

Lastly, do not in any time underestimate your potential or devalue your NOUN Degree, many would try to drag it to the mud but you can use my testimony as an example...many told theirs to me and I got inspired, a friend used his for a 100% scholarship in the US+Ticket+Allowances towards a PhD finishing by 2019, a friend used hers for Canadian Uni, and now I am using mine for a U.K Uni… Your NOUN degree can go places. IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU WRITE ON THAT DEGREE, what you see in it, and who you see yourself to be. I SEE GREATNESS in you, what do you see in yourself?

GO FOR GREATNESS, GO FOR GLORY – THE WORLD AWAITS YOU…PLEASE MAKE IT A BETTER PLACES FOR HUMANITY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
