You do and excellent job, so i know a lot of people who have seen your handiwork will like you to replicate it in their projects. Me sef, i'm working on acquiring a piece of land in Enugu where you will build some block of flats like the Obosi project.

I hope you will do jara for this nairalnader by replicating those flowers in the picture. You already know that without adequate greens, even the best houses still look like a glorified prison. It is the flowers and trees that make the difference between a "Home" and a mere concrete structure.

Since he had palm in the compound, if it does not get in the way, it could be uprooted and replanted in a better location or just left alone altogether. Anyway, its not my house, so i'll let the oga decide what he wants.

Wow...building on a slope can be very challenging, could distort the architect's plan on paper and can be a little expensive except when you are ready to just throw money at the problem. IMHO

Thank you Bro, lintels are structural members that balance the loads from the upper half of the house, the parapet, roof and sometimes other loads like the roof top water tanks or attic are all things the lintels support.

It now depends on what the design of the house you are referring to is, was it designed to bear additional loads and which are they? It will be wrong for me to give a general reply about either triangular or square rings for lintel reinforcement if I don't have the building plans to understand what the design was for. But if your house has no building plans, err on the side of caution and use 4x12 mm rods (square ) for your lintels.

My block makers are right now in this site molding a lot of blocks that we will use in the foundation of this house. My iron fitter has completed their works and left the site.

Clearing the ground and making it level to receive blocks.....

My fitters are ready, starter bars, pad reinforcement ready . ...
