You do not need any agent as you can do it alone. Start by reading the first page on this thread and then make up your mind on what to do next.

If I decide not to claim points from my spouse, can I still include her and the children when submitting EOD if am positively assess alone.

Hi,
The assessment for your spouse is most likely( depending on your situation) to boost your points as the main applicant. Assessing her or not doesn't mean you won't include your wife and kids when submitting your application.

2) if am successful, can I travel alone to later pick my family at a later time.(remember my spouse was not assessed.) . Is it possible

Very possible, but make sure you have them included in your application and they must have gotten grants along with yours.

Before the expiration of your 489 Visa you would have been eligible for 887 Visa, which is a PR Visa.

Call GTB to find out why your payment is being declined. Alternately, you can pay through Austransaction.

Hello, been following your thread for a while and this is my second post, my first post was ignored....I studied statistics and I have a work experience under supply chain( logistics)with 4years experience...left logistics to teach middle aged with less than two years experience...will I get a positive assessment from VETASSESS or from AITSL....regards.

Your question seemed ignored as nobody wants to give you answers he's not sure of.

I'm not sure how statistics is related to your logistics experience. Check the statistician job description and see whether you can fit in. Also statistician is only available on 189.

I think you also need education background for AITSL.

Check both requirements to see if you meet them and decide.

OK I just checked online if my tax ID is valid and yes it is.
My question is can I use this as tax evidence for TRA?

That's should be fine since tax deduction would also reflect on you payslips. If you can also print the payment details that would also give more credence.

Hi all
May the blessing of God be on every one helping out with information on this thread.
I have the following query

I am currently sitting comfortably on 60points, not very sure if I have have progressed to 65.

I want to claim 5 additional points from my spouse
Her stats are as follows

Bsc= microbiology
Work Experience = 1 year plus with local government
Work Title= worked in medical Lab

While i know she is not by 9ja standard a lab-scientist unto only professionals registered with Med lab council are scientists. But these local government health department tag even school of health people as scientist

Question

Which assessment body will i submit her documents . even if its just education.
What occupation can she nominate.
She is 30yrs

I have transcript and tax clearance from FIRS.

Please while i respect others . Those in the habit of saying go and read from page 0. With no help. Kindly jump and pass. I've been around from page 0 part 1 and have been on all oz thread since when Tony Abbott was prime minister. During the days of Boss Lady, triggerDSam. Enyinna and other guru's/ ancient of days.
Thanks for your assistance. Cc. Belong

We don't know the occupation you want to nominate for us to be able to advise better. However, for you to claim partner's point, your spouse must
*be under 45 years old
*have competent English.
*have a suitable skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for their nominated skilled occupation.
*nominate skilled occupation that must be on the same skilled occupations list as your nominated skilled occupation.

For 189 Visa you don't need proof of fund. For 190 visa, some states require proof of fund. You need to go to the various states website to find out their requirements. One good thing is that some not only asks about bank balance but also your liquid cash, gold, car, property papers etc. which are also included in the overall balance. Just check the requirements.

Good day Gurus in the House.

I have a question....I studied Food Science and Technology. I have 5years work experience in sales and its not related to my field of study.
I really need all the points i can get which brings me to my question...How do i go about it? I am 33yrs.

I think i need A MENTOR to guide me on these...

Thanks

This your case is dicey.

VETASSESS is supposed to assess you as a food technologist but with your unrelated experience that would be a negative outcome.

Send a mail to Engineers Australia to ask whether they can assess you as "Engineering Technologist"

Let's have that feedback first.

Hello guys, I’m just applying to far south coast with 65 points, however, I’m wondering if it’s fine to certify documents at the magistrate court in Lagos, as they need it certified by a Justice of the peace.
