Meanwhile, Peter Obi stated that he invested his own cut and SAVED. It is on record that Peter Obi SAVED money for Anambra state as the then governor, so, when you call people who did not save, do not mention Peter Obi in that list because in his own capacity as Governor, he did not leave his state in debt.

In a video interview with Channels Television, the Vice Presidential Candidate of the PDP says that the present problems of the Nigerian economy was NOT created by the present government but by Governors before 2015.

He said he remembers as a governor when the former Minister for Finance Okonjo Iweala asked the government to save and the governors and everyone else said no so why are you complaining when you created this problem yesterday

This might tally with the present government stance that they met a moribund economy and the problems were already present before they got in.
