Depends on what you are comfortable with and how high your crs score is. If your score is high enough, you can decline and re-enter.
But I think these mistakes can be explained.
Name: Same person affidavit.
TRF: As long as it is just number and not also date issued. You add a LOE and ensure that your TRF is included in your application.
TITILOLA88:
Hallo! I just discovered that I didn't type my full names and my TRF number is also wrong on my EE profile (I guess I was too excited). How can I correct the errors? Should I decline the invitation, as I am post-ITA?
Wishing you all a blissful night!

Hi guys,
Please I have a question. During application do one have to state all our work history for the purpose of EE or can we choose to be silent on some?
For example if one is not able to get reference letter from some place of work, should one still sight that organization?

Work history is to get points and should be backed with reference letter.
Anything else will go under personal history post-ITA.

Please help.

Distinct777:
Happy Sunday house.

Please help me. I went to take passport photos for the EE profile and I want to be sure about somethings.

I read somewhere that the photos must not be edited in any way and must be taken against a plain white background.

Mine was edited a little, not so much, just a little touch here and there and then the guy put the picture on a whiter background than the original one.

Will this have any negative effect please? Or do I need to go and take another one? Are they very strict with these conditions? Please help

Dear all, I have this question. For someone like me that stayed in China for 5 months and 13 days in 2011 and for 19 days in 2018. Making 6 months and 2 days. Do I still need police certificate report ? Despite traveling to China twice in two different years.

Other documents
As applicable to their situation, applicants are required to submit the following documents through their online account as part of their e-APR. The system does not let applicants submit their e-APR until documents have been uploaded into the provided fields.

In contrast to other documents, however, applications will not be rejected as “incomplete” if the documents listed below are not provided to the proper specification.

Applications can, however, be refused if the processing office does not have enough information on file to be satisfied that the applicant meets the requirements of the program to which they are applying.

Proof of relationship to a relative in Canada, status of a relative in Canada and residence status of a relative in Canada (including a brother or sister for the purpose of obtaining additional CRS points)
Purpose
To validate a claim of, and award points associated with, having

a relative in Canada who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident (for the Federal Skilled Worker Program adaptability points);
an adult brother or sister who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident residing in Canada (for additional CRS points).
Document requirements
This documentation is required if the applicant indicates that they, or their accompanying spouse or common-law partner, have a family member in Canada who is a permanent resident or a Canadian citizen.
A copy of both sides of the family member's Canadian citizenship document, Canadian birth certificate and/or permanent resident card must be provided.
Evidence that the family member currently resides in Canada must be provided (a residential lease, mortgage documents, utility bills, etc.).
The documents must show their address in Canada and should be recent (dated within six months prior to submission).
Proof of the relationship of the applicant or the accompanying spouse or common-law partner to the family member must also be provided (e.g., a birth certificate, an official document naming the applicant as a relative, a copy of the inside back cover of the relative’s passport showing the relative’s parents’ marriage certificate, legal adoption documents and any other documents that prove or describe the relationship).
If the applicant claims a stepbrother or stepsister, there should be no evidence in the application that the marriage or common-law relationship between the parents of the stepbrother or stepsister has broken down.
Individuals who must submit this documentation
The principal applicant
Their spouse or common-law partner

Digital photos
Purpose
To confirm identity

Document requirements
Digital photos meeting IRCC’s permanent resident card photo specifications (PDF, 614.24KB) must be provided.
Individuals who must submit this documentation
The principal applicant
Their spouse or common-law partner
Their dependent children, including non-accompanying

In view of this I don't think an application should be rejected on that ground.

*Also during the filling and uploading of documents, I noticed no place , where IELTS is requested , and ECA. They only ask for Education and degrees* merge these three docs and upload in the education and degree folder. U can download "I love PDF" and use it to merge the files....it should not be more than 4mb the merged file

What I did was this...I took a screenshot of all the pdfs, inserted and arranged them in a Word document and saved the document as a pdf

Whew! I'm up to date now. It's not easy reading pages to catch up.
Okay, back to my rant I wanted to give.

A couple of weeks back, I and my spouse wanted to submit an app and do biometrics. We went to Abuja VFS and to our surprise, we were turned back and told to go submit in Lagos. They further said...any applicant from South South, South East etc MUST submit in Lagos.

I insisted on seeing the Manager, expressed my displeasure and asked why this development wasn't on their website to guide people accordingly. He just apologised and told us, it's directive from the embassy.

I dont know if its just me but the members-of-staff at VFS are extremely rude...even to the gateman.

Also....who knows, they might want to introduce same measure for Canada biometrics....

Peeps coming from outside Lagos or Abuja to submit should call them to ascertain they wont be turned back.

This is probably application for a Dutch visa? Sorry bro it's very strict. Belgium handles north, France handles south. VFS Lagos and Abuja are simply respecting that arrangement. And the rules have been in place since 2013 or so.

Won't apply to Canadian biometrics because it's the same canada handling entire Nigeria.

Can we actually do that? Will sending scratch card to WES replace the verification they do with the examination body?

Yes it will replace it. I guess thats why they now request for scratch card

that might work also if it's clear...but won't it look weird....it would be obvious u snapped a pic...eg my phone when I take a screen shot it shows the lower buttons .....well I think merging the original scanned docs is better....use the 'ilovepdf' app. It's on play store and iOS....and also on the web.

Good morning all..Good work from this thread helping people out with applications.I am the principal applicant and have gotten all documents ready but there is a little snag.My spouse who works with one of the banks in Nigeria has found it difficult to get a job reference letter in IRCC format..pre-ITA I entered her job history as accounts officer.I have looked at page 1 of this thread and some of the requirements in this scenario are difficult to get.. Currently she has her letter of employment and pay stubs since last year may from when she was employed till date..Their HR offered to write a letter of introduction addressing it to the Canadian embassy and probably state her designation in the bank but will not outline her duties nor her annual salary. We initially intended to upload the employment letter, pay stubs/bank account statements showing monthly salary and even a picture of her at work and also the letter from HR though not in IRCC format.
I wanted to know if we are in order...is there any other thing that should be done?We didn't use her job experience to claim points pre-ITA but since we filled it we just have to provide evidence..Please help a brother .Thanks

Your spouse experience is not counted for score hence you don't need reference letter .You can put in work history but just show in your Letter of explanation that the work is not counted for score since you're the primary applicant incase ircc is requesting for it or remove her experience from work history and move it to personal history post ita.

I think the major thing is for your work experience to be up to 3yrs and most advisable you get reference(s)
from d most recent. Especially in this ur case, if d employer is ur former coy and u think u've got others to make up for it(including d most recent) to make it atleast 3yrs, then you good to go.

Don't decline... Just start over the whole process...

There's a start over button just above your profile... once you decline it might take up to a year to get ITA back...

Its a France Application. Yea, they said its the rule but why not inform people?

They should put a caveat or something on their website to guide people accordingly. Its unfair that its at the point of submission that one will be told such. Luckily my children dont need it, I can imagine the stress if I had gone with my whole battalion.

Time is money my brother and such info saves time and money by extension. May God help us in this country cos the see Finish is appalling.

Precisely... what months were in China... example... March to August...

That's how you'll know if you'll require a Chinese PCC...
