Am this kind of person that a lot of people look up too, kid bro, friends, mom and dad too, i actually overheard my dad saying he was proud of me to someone, and my dad isn't the kind of person who tells you he is impressed.
And there was this my friend in school, we used to be competitors, I carry first, she carry second vice-versa. That year she wasn't able to write post jamb but she wrote jamb, this was due to a problem with the email she used to register for jamb.
I was in her house one day and she asked if I was reading for my post-jamb, and I said not really it isn't near yet. She was now telling that Basit, its you that shouldn't fail me now, you must enter school this year, so goan read your book and stop playing around.
That day my respect for the girl shot up.
And I made up not to fail her.

Your aspiration for greatness is commendable but it should not center on anybody. if you bend to please everyone you will lose yourself to depression. Depression comes in when we can't keep up with standards we let people set for us. Because we made them believe that we are infallible.

What happens if you don't get into university this time? You will be so much concern about what the girl, your father or even your family members would say and not how you are affected and how you gonna improve. Indirectly, you let people set opinions for you. You let them mould you without seeking validation from your emotion

Don't be too afraid to fail people, be too afraid to lose yourself. Be too afraid to fail yourself.
Give your best to whatever you are doing.
Set good example for your siblings, don't let them see you as a perfect god-we are human with flaws and we learn and improve everyday.

Well, you shouldl engage them into something that will fetch them money at the end of the day/month (that's if they are old enough) By so doing they will know the value of money and savings too. It will give you time to plan yourself.

See ehn, I and wifey put in much work to take of our kids(2), pay bills , and keep the family going. We've agreed on not having kids again, though we have 2 boys, but we agreed cos this country isn't making things easier..

My fear ghanghan;
I'm having it in mind now to cheat on my wife. This is becos she hardly gives space for sex. Before we had our second baby, I talked and talked about it, but was given plenty excuses. If I get sex 2 times in a month, that will be like chopping naijabet for me. I've done 3 months of nothing. She's always tired like she works in a factory of which she doesn't. It's only when shes honey that she thinks u should and it makes me feel she's selfish.
I've told her times without number that marriage ain't all about paying bills, feeding and co, and its not as if she showed those traits while we were dating. Now I'm afraid if I begin to kick out the way I used to do when I was in Uni, I might not even see her when she comes calling for her session. The thing dey pain me walahi..

My greatest fear is not failing as mother to my daughters. I am bless with only females child . I lost my marriage because I was unable to give to a male. I lost everything . I was send out empty handed.

I have been taking care of them without their father help...

My greatest fear is how to give them good education , so that I can be fulfilled and happy ..

So their father will know females child is also important
