You need to travel out and see a doctor, never you try to meet Nigerian doctors for things like this. Also reddit can help you, they discuss most of these things on reddit. You can't get valuable advice in Nigeria here because Nigerians love suffering and smiling and they think anxiety is a normal thing and panic attacks are from village people.

Drink lots of water, low sugar yoghurt, fruits and balanced meals, moderate exercise helps also, for over thinking learn to zone out of what displeases u or makes u nervous or anxious. Cheers.

Some people here advised marijuana but I don't think that it's really a good idea. Because in case you'd have to pass a drug test, you will need a detox. And if you'll decide to use mj, you'd better read detoxify reviews to know what you should do in case of a test.
