well I will advice u but firstly if u don’t want any other tenant to disturb u or can’t tolerate them then u should buy or build your own house, u are a tenant they are also a tenant, mind your business and don’t put yourself into any trouble. if you report those boys they will bail themselves with a huge amount of money for sure and after the payment they will be friends with Efcc or any force you use against them. Bribing EFCC is just 700k, you have no concrete evidence against these guys so if you make a report, they will just send the lower ranking officers and these boys will settle them and come back for you. I would start looking for another apartment. Most yahoo boys are also armed robbers at night. One day either EFCC or another bunch of hoodlums will come and carry everybody in that compound. Also, if those boys start to feel like you may be a threat to their business, they will set you up. I would consider it urgent to pack out of that place as a matter of urgency.
