If you are cognizant with kaduna shi'tes and northern shi'tes in general, you would have known that they DON'T vote during any elections in Nigeria. I think this is their doctrine or something like that. They just constitute nuisance on major roads and are very fanatical about their beliefs. And let's even assume that the shi'tes are going to vote against El-rufai, he will still win the elections if liberal Muslims of kaduna vote for him. Fact!!!


Well I also believe you would have done the same thing if you were in El-rufai's shoes. Why should he waste his time on people who don't like him and will never like him no matter what? He is the governor of Kaduna state who was elected to work for his people. So why should he waste his time in trying to make some inconsequential folks like him?

Do you knw southern kaduna are been opperesed politically? 1)During 2015 election marginal number of votes were cancelled
2) During the local government election that was held transperantly with machine( kudos to Elrufy for that), 12 local governmet form the north won by Apc , 10 local government from the south won by pdp, 5 was could nt be disrupted but they planned and disrupted 5 the govnor was scared he brought caretaker comitee to rule the 5
3) Did u bother to ask y Elrufy previous deputy had issue with him then and slapped hm? It was more abt sidelining the south from the state afairs and there is more to the reason y he resigned, couldnt cont. With yhe govnor and hes going for senate.

Our constitution does not say that Governors and their deputies cannot belong to the same religion. If the people of KD do not like it, let them vote him out.
