Hi guys,
I've been following this thread and part 1 actively but I haven't heard anyone mention assessment with ACWA.
I've been waiting 9 weeks for my assessment report.
Has anyone assessed with them

Hello people,

For those who have gotten grant, I beg what did you submit to proof your employment?

I just got my ITA, but now am confused about how to proof employment for two of the companies I worked because they didn't pay regularly and no pension/tax return.

Please help.

Are you claiming points for work experience?

What documents did you submit for assessment?

Yes. I am claiming points for work experience.

VETASSES sha! So sorry about the negative outcome. Why don't you try AITSL? If I were you, that's what I'll do. But you're not me.

For the appeal, you need to repackage your application. All the things you've submitted previously can't be removed. You're given the opportunity to add new documents with new information to help the assessment process.

Read the outcome letter, why did you get a negative outcome? Is it for education or for employment? This will guide you to appeal.

I wish you luck in your appeal

You have to ask your company to provide you with your payslips. Go to inland revenue of your state to pay tax for the years covered. Present offer letter, payslip and tax certificate.

I Just got a positive outcome with Vetassess as a Civil Engineering draftperson with a mechanical and production Engineering Degree. i submitted evidence for 9 years including NYSC but 7.1 came out positive as they deducted 2 years for my degree not being highly relevant.

timeline: lodged on 22/10/18
positive outcome: 15/11/18

3wks plus. No call for additional information or documents whatsoever.
I submitted reference letters, pension, tax and payslip.

good luck everyone.
next phase here I come.

Please house, is TOEFL included in the test for English? If YES, what's the minimum score for 10 point and 20 points for TOEFL?
Thanks in anticipation.

@Adesomo24,

What is the guideline for standard processing on their website?
Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by Adesomo24: 1:44pm On Nov 15, 2018
@ bellong

Thanks for responding.
In fairness, their website states 8-10 weeks but I have seen lots of people on here get faster responses on their assessments that's why I am worried. The assesment body used to be VETASSES but was recently changed to ACWA.

Assessing authorities are different from another. You can't compare body A with B. In addition to the standard processing time, individual circumstances are also taken into consideration.

My advice is for you to exercise patience. If nothing after 10 weeks, get in touch with them.

Thanks for the feedback @bellong...will pension also be acceptable to DIBP. If I can get the company to pay the pension backlogs will that work?

Yes it is. However, the CO may still ask for your tax certificate. Nothing is certain.

Thanks for the above information.

Please what's about those that worked in the private sector, how can they possibly get the pay slips?
