Yeah I understand your point.
In that film 'Acrimony', she suffered a disease called Borderline personality disorder. If you recall, in the movie it was said that her father suffered that same disorder too and I think he burned down a building. (something like that).

There are so many people in this world suffering from one disorder to another ranging from being bipolar or schrizophenia to borderline personality disorder.
